I just received my sign from Sign-A-Rama in Buford and I felt the necessity to express to the public that this has been one of the most enjoyable business endeavors thus far in my life. So I came in and asked for an aluminum sign that would read "please break down boxes" in both English and Spanish with a line separating the two languages. In my head I was thinking "i hope they put one of those fancy multi-line separating bars that are the standard for such a thing". At the moment in couldn't see in my head clear enough what i was trying to express into words but sure enough when i was sent my proof I saw that they had designed it EXACTLY like how i was seeing it in my head; "Do Not Break Down Boxes" in English and Spanish with a three lined separating bar which consists of one thick line(thick compared to the other lines) in the middle and a shorter thinner line above and below said middle. And f.y.i these people don't just do aluminum signs and other material signs. They do just about everything, and that's NOT an exaggeration: chip clips, paperclip disperses, microfibers,and mint containers just to name a few. I called here yesterday to get a price on doing a wrap for my Yeti cooler. The lady had no idea what a yeti cooler even was. Why have a woman answer the phone and attempt to know when she really doesn't. She said she needed to Google what it was first as I waited for 5 mins. Then she came back and said she still has no idea they've never done one before, keep in mind this isn't anything new on the block here. So she then says she needs to ask the Manager if he knows and needs my number to call me back. So I give her my number and then she ask what do I have in mind of an amount to pay for something like this lol. I then say that's a trick question. I said just give me a price quote and I will then let you know if I will pay that or not. She said she will call me back. Well it's been 24hrs later and still no call. Poor customer service. Not sure if she was the owner or not she sounded like a older lady but you're suppose to be a big company in Buford please know alittle more. You just lost a customer and actually a good advertising customer because I'm sure I would of got asked by many who did that yeti cooler for me. Take care. read more
