I started out in Conyers and moved my way all the way to Buford. I went to a shop called Top Car Wraps or something and they sent me this way. Once here I met Terri/Terry she appears to be the owner. She has been awesome! Great customer service. They helped bring our vision to life and I just picked up my vehicle today. The product looks great and on the drive home I saw one person take a picture of my car in traffic, a few others reading the side of the car, and then it just got dark. I liked their pricing and quality. So much so I am looking for more reasons to work with them. I'm hoping they can produce some logo stickers or cling-ons for our customers, some stamped leather, and possibly some clothing as well. Sounds like they will be able to do these items. Pinnacle made our neighborhood entrance sign and after several issues with the production and…read moreinstallation we finally got a sign installed that was acceptable. Unfortunately, a year and a month after the final installation the sign began popping off the brick monument. Once the sign was pulling away from the sign we could see that their installer used a 2" screw to attach a 1 1/4" thick HDU sign to the brick. Anyone would know that a 2" screw is not near enough to affix the sign properly. We consider this a latent and inherent defect that we could only see once the installation failed. After contacting them on four occasions over the next month of so and getting promised that "they would be out" and we were "about to get on the schedule", they sent me an email stating it would cost $450 to repair the sign because it had been longer than one year since installation. No where on our agreement or on their web site was there any warranty length stated. The owners of the company have dug their heels in and are standing firm that the repair cost ($450) is our responsibility to pay before they will put proper length screws in the signs. Buyer beware!

Our Homeowner's Association WAS a loyal repeat customer to this business. It was made clear to me…read morethat since this company is now getting larger jobs, they have forgotten about their smaller repeat customers. I contacted them the 1st part of April to repair all of our signs and they were to pick them up on April 22nd. They failed to pick them up and I have tried contacting them via phone and email a few times since. This past Monday someone answered when I called and said Bob would call me when he got in the office. This morning, I called again and Bob answered. He informed me that Kids R Kids contracted them 2 weeks ago (that's well over a week after they were to have picked up and repaired our signs) to do their signs and it's a $6,000 job. He stated, "Sorry I didn't get back with you but I've been busy." I said, "Oh okay, well we'll find someone else to do our signs." And he hung up on me. They will never have our business again.
