I haven't been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a "Car wash Closed" sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It's not even sprinkling out. It's barely "misting". I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are "open" and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it's even misting outside. He didn't care one bit. I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn't apologize, he had a "yep, we're closed, deal with it" attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn't appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, "how can I help you, sir?". I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can't use them? If they don't refund me, I'll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back. Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer. --- Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn't have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot. I am updating my review rating based on the way they handled things. Thanks for reaching out, Melissa.

I'm disappointed with my last couple visits. They used to do a pretty good job but earlier this…read moreweek I went to get the car cleaned up before vacation. I purchased the Works+ package. I get home 25 minutes away, open the hatch and the back wasn't even vacuumed, back seat wasn't wiped down. I can be understanding if it was real busy but it wasn't. That means that the people who checked me in and are supposed to do the vacuuming and the people who dry the car and wash the interior windows missed it too. When you pay over $30 for a wash you expect better and I should be able to have confidence it would be done correctly. Almost all the workers were kids maybe there needs to be more supervision. Maybe I'll have to start going to PDQ.

He did not call. A week or so later OTA staff were at my neighbors house and my neighbor mentioned that I wasn't getting calls returned . The OTA guy said " I'll make sure he calls you by next Wednesday. He didn't call. I called the OTA office. Secretary transferred my call to Toby. Toby said he would give me the measurements within a day or two and at one point acted annoyed with me. Again, he never got back to me. I feel i was disrespected, and Im not sure why. I understand they are probably busy. All I wanted was to order a nice canvas roof. There is absolutely no excuse to treat a customer like that. I've never been treated like that by any business the way treated me. 0 stars. They did nothing but waste my time and delay getting a canvas roof put on my patio by more than a month.
