The customer service from Lew and the staff has always showed me a true concern for any questions I have about making sure the outcome will be amazing. Recently they introduced chromalux metal prints to their offering. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering any as their price for metal prints is considerably higher that other bureaus. I had a conversation with Lew about this and he explained to me the subtle differences in making a chromalux piece that is more complicated than one would think and why other places are less expensive and that there can be a real difference in the visual quality. Well just a couple of weeks ago I gave them a shot on a Chromalux print moderately large and when it arrived I was blown away! All of the other metal prints I have ordered from a variety of bureaus pall in comparison to the print I received from APC. A huge visual difference! Tire Kingdom Service Centers advertised $21.99 conventional oil change and $49.99 for synthetic oil. That price includes tire rotation, wiper fluid top off, battery check, and a visual brake inspection. With either choice of oil type, petroleum based or synthetic, that price is a great deal. Not wanting to wait around, I dropped my vehicle off at the shop and it was ready to be picked up about four hours later. That was sooner than I thought it would be - and that's great service. The job was completed promptly and properly. The best part about this experience was the gentleman working there. The service writers were professional, nice to talk to, and they didn't try to upsell me for additional parts and services I didn't need. It's hard to find honesty and integrity in the automotive repair business. You'll probably agree that most consumers are skeptical of car repair services, and they should be, for a good reason - it's an extremely competitive business. The location is convenient, situated where the 41 runs into the 776. It's also good to know that there's a WaWa convenience store adjacent to Tire Kingdom. You can go shop the C-store and enjoy some snacks and beverages while you are waiting for your vehicle to be serviced. When I got there, the associate told me they could not perform the tire rotation because my truck was "lifted." I explained multiple times that my truck is not lifted and is completely stock height, but he continued insisting it was against company policy for them to work on lifted trucks. I then asked him to show me where this policy was posted. He said he would check and went to the back room. When he came back, he admitted he could not find any posting, but still claimed it was company policy and refused to service my vehicle. Despite explaining again that the truck is standard height, the manager on duty still refused to accept it for a simple tire rotation. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff member was rude and unable to explain or show the policy he kept referencing. Overall, it seemed like they simply did not want to do the work. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this location.

When we went back this time for oil change and tire rotation, the rotated the tires, but didn't fill them up like we asked. We have a TPMS system and the tires still showed low. The service advisor said "oh that will go away when you start driving." Yeah... it didn't. So we went back a couple weeks later (we'd been out of town) and asked them to rotate the tires how we wanted them, and they threw in balancing for free. After spending nearly $5,000 with this service department, the original issue still isn't fixed. The explanation we received afterward was essentially "no clue." We were told the batteries had to be charged and that there's "something electrically wrong" that they cannot diagnose. As someone in the industry, that response is unacceptable after charging a customer thousands of dollars. If the problem couldn't be properly diagnosed, replacing expensive parts beforehand raises serious questions about the diagnostic process and how those repair decisions were made. Dealership service departments are supposed to have the highest level of training, diagnostic equipment, and technical support. Charging a customer $5,000 and then admitting you can't diagnose the issue is not what anyone should expect from a professional service department. I was simply trying to help my customer get their vehicle repaired properly. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. Very disappointing.
