However, when I got there, the cashier informed me that she couldn't scan the QR code and told me I needed to go to a main UPS Store instead. This was very frustrating and felt pointless, especially since Staples is promoted as a valid drop-off point for this service. If the location cannot process mobile return codes, that should be made clear beforehand to avoid unnecessary inconvenience.

I was never given a brochure or any further instructions of how to file my claim. After I went online I was informed that I needed to go to the store directly. Therefore, I've made my fourth trip here and again I was told I had to do it online. People should avoid UPS stores as they charge a significant up charge to mail packages that could easily be mailed for much lesser cost at the United States Post office. I will most likely be placing a stop payment on my credit card and I may take legal action to recover the cash amount that was paid up front. I most likely will submit a better Business bureau rating if I do not get my refund promptly.
