They were still in the other location a few blocks away before they built this building. It's been that long. EVERYONE here is amazing. The front desk employees are helpful and polite. The dental hygienists are all amazing and calm up down instantly. They even take care of younger children. There used to be a children dentist on premises but they moved their offices. That is fine because they treat the kids. I have seen several of the other doctor in the practice and haven't had any trouble. They have always gotten me in right away when I have had a problem and they work with your out of pocket cost that aren't picked up by the insurance company. The offices are always well kept and clean. They have just added a new drink station for patients. I couldn't ever think about going anywhere else. There is no need to. They are the BEST!

She had to get all her supplies. She checked my gums.She said they were fine. She told me I would be talking to a dentist on zoom. He came on and kept asking the hygienist where my X-rays were. She told him a couple of times but he kept saying he couldn't find them. She told him a little about me. Operations and medical history. He asked how I was. I said ok. He said to me keep up the good work on your teeth. I found this strange because he didn't even examine me. The hygienist said she would clean my teeth. She used an ultrasonic scaler to clean, but it seemed I had water on my neck, face, nose and other areas. She didn't floss very well either. Polishing my teeth was done in a rush. She didn't do a very good job. She then took me to see the dentist. The dentist saw me for about 5minutes. She asked me if I had any problems I said no. She checked my face. She then talked to a different hygienist. She left. The hygienist told me that I needed 3 crowns replaced and explained why. He told me how much for each crown. I wish the dentist would have explained my problems about my crowns. Most dentists spend a lot of time with their patients and this office did not. My son and mom also had the same experience as well. My mom had one additional problem. Her appointment was at 11:00 am and she didn't get in until 11:50 am. The hygienist took her back did a poor job of cleaning her teeth. Hygienist proceeded to tell her the dentist wasn't there and would have to reschedule for another day. Why couldn't they do that when she came in? That way she had the option to reschedule for everything another day! I won't be going back to coast dental again. I did not feel that they were very professional and I felt uneasy with the whole situation. My son and mom felt the same way!

They have had issues since before they started on it and had seen 2 different endodontists with trying to fix the pain. Since their dentist has been unwilling to work with them they contacted their insurance to see what could be done. In their search this was the only dentist to return their call and be willing to set an appointment. They are a good distance from us but in these times we adapt. The time to the appointment was reasonable. On arriving our first impression was a bit mixed as we witnessed 3 employees with their masks on improperly. We gave them a chance as this needs to be seen to. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. The wait time was not bad and when it was their time they went back alone. Once inside everyone was masked and very friendly. One of the most important things to us was that they seemed to listen to them and take everything into consideration. As was expected they had to refer them to an endodontist and we are off to the next step of the same journey we were on 7 months ago.If the new endodontist does as well as this dentist we will be very happy. For us this has turned out to be an excellent choice for dental work and we will be back.

Scheduled for 4pm awesome I work not more then 5 mins away, I got a call from them around 1:30 saying I now needed to be there no later then 3:30 confused I said ok. Left work at 3:10 to make it there. Checked in and 3:19 went thru all usually paperwork. Only to be called back at 4:10pm. After talking to dr and telling my problem, she looked at the tooth in question and said yes this tooth needs to be removed, she then started talking about how I also need a root canal on another tooth, explained to her we can handle that issue once we handle why I am there first. She said she needed a note from my primary doctor first in order to pull the tooth. Now I have never heard of that being done before, and I've had a few teeth pulled. Anyway told her I wouldn't be able to get that till Tuesday, she handed me the form, I go straight to my doctor the next am when they open. I get it signed, I go back to Sage with paper in hand. I hand it over to reception desk. About 10 mins later I get called back, the dr now says that my dr did not fill it out correctly, confused I ask what's missing. She said my CD4 count, as I am HIV positive she needed that. That was NOT one of the questions asked on the sheet, but she wants it and won't do it till she receives it. I was able to send her what I had in my lab reports. Ok cool. We go to pay for the procedure and I am ready to pay what I was quoted the day before, $286.00 I have the quote with me on the paperwork they gave me. The lady then tells me it will cost $346.00. I tell her that is not what you told me less then 24hours ago, she looks stunned and confused and questions me as to what was quoted, I tell her $286.00 I have the paperwork, she looks at the computer and tells me "wow I wonder what changed" anyway I pay what I am told the day before. Go back to wait, only to get called back again telling me they won't be doing the procedure as the dr didn't like what my labs said, confused I say you know what just give me back my money and let me go, she does say I can wait a month or two and come back, and that we can schedule it for then as well as the root canal. I just wanted my money. I got it I left. This place is a scam and waste of time. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!

While I was in the chair, I even brought up my previous dentist by name, and all I was told was, "He's not here." There was still no explanation that he was no longer part of the practice. I didn't find out the truth until after my appointment, when I was checking out and asked if he would be available for my next visit. The front desk finally told me, "He is no longer at the practice." At that point, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed that this wasn't communicated upfront. The bedside manner was also very poor from both the doctor and the hygienist. They were rough, cold, and showed no warmth or compassion. When I expressed pain during an injection, instead of showing concern, I felt criticized for reacting. No patient should be made to feel that way. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and misleading, and the lack of communication was unacceptable. Patients deserve to be informed when ownership and providers change--especially before treatment. I left feeling upset, frustrated, and completely let down. I would never recommend this dentist office to anyone.

I would never go here and promptly canceled our appointments after this experience…read more A $50 deposit requirement was never communicated at the time of booking, despite scheduling the appointment over a week ago. Then, we suddenly received a text stating we had one day to make a deposit payment before the appointment. What makes this worse is that the office staff could not provide anything in writing when asked. First, we were told this policy had always existed for all new patients, then later told it was "new." The inconsistency and lack of professionalism were concerning. Their website has an entire page dedicated to new patients, and nowhere does it mention a $50 deposit requirement. It does, however, state they can perform insurance checks ahead of appointments to confirm coverage, which makes the lack of transparency around this unnecessary and poorly communicated deposit even more frustrating. When asked to run the insurance check, I was told they could do it up to 48 hours before the appointment, but we would still each be required to pay the deposit regardless. Policies involving deposits and financial obligations should be communicated clearly at or before booking, not sprung on patients at the last minute with no written acknowledgment or agreement. We never even made it to the office because this situation completely destroyed confidence in the practice. Put it in writing or don't do it. This is not about the money; it's about proper business practices, transparency, and communication.
