So, I called a couple of places I found on the internet and lol snd behold 1) out if business 2) left a message to call me back and naturally I still haven't heard back 3) a person really answered my call BUT besides the fact he sounded like I just woke him, he also sounded really unsure about what he was doing and THEN ...... (drum roll) GAP TRADE SERVICES!!! Yes I left a voice message and Mike (!!) called me back shortly after. Busy guy, thus guy Mike. After I told him the situation he explained several possibilities of what could be wrong and as busy as he was, he said he'd come the next day but it would be late in the day. Hooray! And he did show up the next afternoon and fixed the problem PLUS he's coming back to fix several other issues. Fair prices, honest and what a friendly man!!! Mike works 7 days a week, does installation, plumbing, electric, duct work....and fixes air conditioning!

They did one job for me and quoted on another, which they most definitely won't be doing…read more Pros: * they responded quickly * they turned up on time * they did a good job Cons: * they are EXPENSIVE... on the second quote I worked out they were charging me the equivalent of $138 per hour * they give you a hard sell about their business and membership (who has membership to an electrician?) when all you want is a price * they try to make you pay up front before any work has been carried out (no thanks) * they gave me a quote that was incorrectly added up to the tune of $585 in their favour... and then argued about it when I said it sounded a bit steep (it was only later I discovered the maths was wrong) I won't use them again

Apart from impressing me, by saying that they''d be able to come out between 4 ~ 5 pm today, to repair our 2 ( 7yr Old...) Air Con Split Systems...He was the person that came out !!! Texted, he was on the way (1/2 hr ) away, cleaned and serviced them, checked the compresser / gas etc. Nothing was a problem, very pleasant, and in no time, they were working a treat. We're NOW...Nice and cool again in this heat.!!! When my brand new unit stopped working on a Saturday morning, no one could come out to fix it. Suddenly the only person who could was on holidays. I regret going with this company.
