Hands down one of our favorite place in the valley. The wine selection is outstanding, and reasonably priced for the high quality you get. Compared to Sonoma, Napa Valley, Walla Walla or Woodinville, this place is ranked right up the best of them. The staff are the most wonderful people you will meet. Really pleasant environment and the wines were very good. We had a certificate from an auction fundraiser so can't comment on the prices. The three pours were very good size tastes and the cheese platter was a good accompaniment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They are expanding their operation into Chelan as well as plan to expand locally. I am not surprised they are successful. read more

The wine is very good, the Confluence is my favorite however the service can be very slow and they are not very attentive. The night we were there they had local vendors in which was nice but the staff was aloof and didn't remember orders and were slow to deliver. My pet peeve is poor service regardless quality of wine. What an amazing and beautiful, cozy place to have a wine tasting at. There isn't a vineyard attached to it, but the wines are from all over Washington state. Vicki helped us with the wine tasting and was very very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and set up in a rustic way, with several tables made out of barrels. We sat by the cozy fire place enjoying our wines and very tasty meat and cheese platter. Not being from the area, Vicki gave us great suggestions what else to check out in the area such as he Snowqualmie falls. read more

We enjoyed their wine, but not the food at all. The first staff member we encountered was very kind. She explained how everything worked and we had a nice talk about where we are from and the surrounding area. They do have a wasp problem btw, I was bit three times while sitting outside and saw the people upstairs also try to avoid the wasps. My main issues is when she went to start a tab their system kept not working and it took her multiple attempts before it saved my card info. I didn't think much of it and we went outside to enjoy our wine tasting. When I went to close out I dealt with a different lady, who was incredibly rude. Again, the system kept not working. I told her what happened the first time and she acted shocked and looked at me like I was crazy. The lobby was now full of people and she made it like it was my card and my fault that it wasn't accepting my payment. I offered to pay in cash and did so. As I left I got an email of a receipt because I have it set up to do so when I pay with my card. I turned around and went back in to deal with the situation. She was helping other guests and kept looking at me weird. When she asked me why I was back she was again very rude. I told her I got a notification that I paid with my card, she told me I did not and that it was only pending and it would drop off. I left, contacted my bank to make sure my card was fine as I just started my vacation and it was. Their system has issues, I was charged on my card, and I paid in cash. I contacted the business and still have not received any response and am now waiting for my bank to fix the issue. I didn't appreciate the second employees attitude at all. There was no need to be so rude, especially since I was patient and in my opinion very nice. I also don't appreciate their lack of response in the matter. My advice, pay cash, and hope you get the employee that actually seems to care about people and her job. read more

I liked the old format for tasting where you could choose 6 wines to taste. Now they only give you 3 and offer only 3 reds and 3 whites. I am a red drinker so that really dictates which 3 I can taste. One had an alcohol taste to it...it makes me wonder if they are trying to get rid of that one. The quality is ok on the wines I tasted, but nothing that special. $25 - $30 bottle, too much $ for what I tasted. I don't mind over paying when I am there but would not pay that much to take a bottle home. There are better wines, that cost less to drink at home. read more

I love this tasting room! They let you select 3 wines to taste (tasting fee is $10, waived if you buy a bottle). I tried 3 of the reds, and ended up taking home a bottle of Confluence for $30. The ambiance is very relaxed. The lighting is subdued and there are several tables with candles throughout the tasting room. They also have a menu, if you want something to eat. I didn't get any food, as I'd just eaten lunch. I look forward to my next visit. read more

Great atmosphere, wine and service! I love that when you get the tasting they bring it all over to you at once so you don't have to stand at the counter or keep going back up. All of the wines are very good and the prices are reasonable. They have food to purchase if you want which is a nice option. It is also dog friendly which is amazing! It is great to have a local winery in the Snoqualmie Valley. The new tasting room on the main drag in snoqualmie right across from the train station makes it even more convent to stop in and try a glass. All the wines are very good. Loved my red wine flight for $10 (which is applied towards bottle purchase or club membership). The merlot and cab sav were delicious on the palate. Meat & cheese platter was basic with rice & flour-based crackers, salami & prosciutto, bowl of mixed nuts but what really stood out was the delightfully huge hunks of cheese. We had the smoked Gouda & added on the cheddar for another $5-- totally worth it. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Space can accommodate large groups or intimate pairings. Came in late afternoon on Valentine's Day. Expecting a friendly and sweet atmosphere but was greeted by a very cold and uninviting staff person. I asked for two tastings, and this person stated that "if you buy a bottle, we will waive one tasting fee." We enjoyed our tasting quickly, with no one speaking or educating us about the wines that we served. We settled on a really delicious bottle of white wine. We approach the counter and a different staff person pulls up our tabs and calculates our bill with the bottle of wine we decided to purchase. This staff person states that the bottle we selected does not meet the minimum amount of money spent necessary to waive the fee. I simply state that another staff person just told us it was "a bottle," and she replied that she "can't over ride the system" and did not have an attitude that she wanted to help us further. For such a beautiful location to drink wine, it was completely overshadowed by very unhelpful and rude staff. I would give it one star for the overall experience but the wine was delicious so I gave it two. read more

We really wanted to like this place. Great wine, fun live music, good snacks. I've been a member for a year and service is always just o.k. However, after tonight's service we're done. No acknowledgement when we entered, sat ourselves by the fire, watched as the servers passed us by over and over again, waited 15 minutes then asked if we could get a glass of wine, waived someone down for a refill, waived again for a ticket. What a surprising gem nearly in our backyard. How didn't we know about this place? Husband and I drove out from Issaquah on a beautiful November Saturday to explore Snoqualmie. I had read the great reviews on Yelp of Sigillo. We walked in to a cozy fireplace, glowing candles on wine barrel tables, folks with their dogs and college football on TV! Great relaxed, not pretentious atmosphere. Friendly and fun Audrey helped us with tasting 6 generous pours of delicious sophisticated wines. The tasting fee is waived if you buy a bottle, of course. They even serve appetizers and paninis. You can drink by the glass or buy a bottle to drink there or take home. Great family owned winery with a neat story about the name--ask them. We'll return soon and will likely enjoy their wine club too. read more

My husband and I just did the Groupon tasting at Sigillo Cellars. Awesome ambience and great wine. However, a couple things really detracted from the experience. First, we only received 4 of our 5 tastings. However, we didn't say anything. No harm, no foul. Then, at the end of the tasting we decided to purchase a bottle of the sparkling wine. When she rang it up and told us the total, I asked "Don't groupon buyers get 10% off?" She said "um, no!". So we proceeded with the transaction. I then looked it up in my phone and was again told I was wrong. Once I purchased the wine for full price, but showed them the groupon stating the 10% off, I was given a half-hearted apology and not once did they offer to refund the 10%. I realize it's only a few dollars and I would have refused anyway, but the offer wasn't made. Customer service is a big thing to me. I believe one of the 2 women was the owner. She could have offered 10% off the next bottle or tasting we purchased or a free glass of wine... Anything. Like I mentioned before, the wine was delicious and the ambience was awesome. Several customers came in who were members of the wine club and they seemed very pleased with everything. I just didn't feel valued as a customer. My husband and I are "social" wine drinkers and regular groupon users. While we probably wouldn't have joined the wine club ourselves, now we won't recommend to our friends who would have. read more

Went there for a wine tasting with a friend just last night and we were both very impressed. First the location is perfect, there isn't really anything like it in the area. The decor is very warm and cozy and there is plentty of seating so you feel like you can have your privacy. We did the groupon deal which cost $18 for a meat/cheese plate (very good portions) then each person gets to try 5 wines and at the end gets to have a glass of their favorite. Compared to some of the other wine tasting groupons I have bought this one you get the most for your dollar and you leave feeling like you actually went to a wine tasting. We definitely could have stayed to have another glass but they were closing up! I would recommend anyone who enjoys wine to go try it, I live in Bellevue and it was worth the drive. I would have joined the wine club because it is a really cool program but I am moving out of state in a couple weeks! read more
