They ask that you strip down to your underwear and knock to make sure you're ready and under the blanket before they come in. There was a good variety of massage lengths you could choose from. We did a 45 minute massage this time, but I'd like to do a longer massage whenever we return as it didn't feel like there was enough time/focus on certain parts of the body. The feet was just a quick two pounds of their fist, which didn't really do much for us. I had CeCe and my mother-in-law had KiKi. Overall, the massage was nice. They used oil and a combination of their hands and elbows. The pressure started off too light for me, so I asked her to go harder. She noted she was afraid to go too hard, so I told her not to be.
