Unfortunately this review fell short of a 5 star review because one of the massage therapist, Alicia was running late by 10 mins and cut my massage short because she was running late... keep in mind I always arrive promptly to my appointment either 15 to 10 mins early. I found this unprofessional and devalued my time. She gave the person before me an hour and cut mine short by 10 mins so she wouldn't be over for the next person after me. My husband told me she doesn't do deep tissue even if you ask her, he said he was a little disappointed with it. She also made a reference to a woman weight who she just finished massaging prior to me. She made some comments to me regarding it and said that it was a relief to massage me cause I'm smaller. I found this offensive, referring to the weight of her last paitent. It was heartbreaking to hear this cause I literally just listened to the massage patient struggle with weight in the waiting room. This isn't fair or ethically right. It rubbed me the wrong way and myself and my husband will not be having our massage done by her ever again.

She always spent time with me getting to know my concerns, aches, and pains and will give you more than just chiropractic care (nutrition, supplements, etc). I went through my entire pregnancy pain free and think a lot of that has to do with the adjustments I was receiving. Dr. Natalie is professional, fun, caring, and thorough. I wish I still lived close enough to benefit from her services.
