Thanks to Paul, the manager of these lovely condos, I couldn't feel more confident that everything will be taken care of on their behalf.

The price is high $600+ per night but I do like good service so I thought this time I would give it a whirl.... HUGE MISTAKE!!!!! Usually i stay at Lido Beach or Ritz & I will for sure be doing that from now on. This place is a huge disappointment. EVERYDAY we were woken up at 7am to carpet construction happening throughout the building & when they weren't ripping the carpets up & leaving crime scene tape across your room door every time you do in or out - you get to rip down tape. There are no signs saying why there is tape hanging everywhere just tools left lying in walkways everywhere. They left the carpet peeled back with carpet glue exposed in the whole hallway from the elevator & I stepped in it ruining my sand led & pants there was glue all over. I asked for the manager and there was NO MANAGER ON SITE THE ENTIRE HOLIDAY WEEKEND!!!! Are you kidding me? The power wash i g & pounding at 7am continued the entire trip, we were exhausted. When i did finally speak to the manager on our check out day ... she said she would follow up & take care of all the issues. LIE! This has not happened at all i have $430 of ruined clothes because they do not understand how to close a wing down as they do repairs. It's the Hyatt you can afford it. You dont charge someone $600 a night to vacation through construction. We will never do another Hyatt again. I was told this issue would be handled swiftly... it's now 2 months later & I haven't gotten a single response. Such service lol

Upon arrival I noticed the exterior corridors, I pressed on though I was super skeptical. Check in was a breeze but once I got off the elevator I knew I wouldn't like it for a 5 night vacation. The room was tiny and felt like a motel. At over $800 for my stay it was a hard NO. I headed to check out and was so grateful that the young lady was pleasant and willing to accommodate me. I didn't get an immediate credit to my card but trust that would do the right thing. Next day I didn't even have to call and pester anyone. I woke up to a full credit on my credit card. If this was an independent hotel they would have better first impression but no true Hilton member will accept this hotel. It does not fit with the brand image.

The emails went over key points, gave website and photo gallery information, and more. The website itself had so much information about the location. The boutique resort is about 0.8 miles from siesta key beach. We had friends staying at Siesta Royal Apartments, so we had free parking, and I cannot attest to the public access beach nearby. Siesta Key Palms Resort was so cute! It was a little difficult to find the office when we first arrived, but that's only because we parked in the back lot. Once I checked in at the office, the gentleman was very nice, helpful, and knowledgable of the area. He recommended beach access and restaurants on a large map, went over the amenities, showed me to my family's room with a quick tour on the way, and was very friendly overall. We stayed in room number 3, a studio room. We walked in and had a workspace desk for 2 chairs, that opened for more table space. There was a queen size bed, a pullout full size sofa, mini fridge, microwave, stove/oven, sink, dishes, a coffee table, and a nice sized flat screen tv. There was a 3/4 bathroom with a large shower and medicine cabinet. They even had body wash, shampoo, and conditioner attached to the shower wall, in dispensers! We had a private patio area out the back door, with a wooden 6' privacy fence, little water fountain, 4 chair/table/umbrella patio set, and a bar bistro table set for 2. The decor was beautiful! Now, that's all INSIDE our room. The actual resort itself is amazing. There's lush vegetation everywhere, colorful hammocks and chairs outside, TWO heated pools (one 21+ and one for families), pool play toys/floaties, sandy "beach" areas, gazebos, hanging pool furniture, grilling area, laundry, ice, screened in game room, and more! They also had bikes to rent for FREE (not for children, though). In summary, I highly recommend this boutique hotel. So cute, great communication from management, friendly and helpful office staff, groundskeepers, and housekeeping. We will most definitely be returning here next time!

One night in unit 101 which is an efficiency style unit, 260sq ft, was $252. The rental included self parking with my own dedicated spot, which was perfect because I was driving there. The office sent me a text and an email with check in instructions. The room was clean and well stocked. My only qualm was that the toilet barely flushed. It looked like it was going to overflow every time you flush is and the toilet paper would just linger in there until it decomposed. Yes, there was a plunger in there but I wasn't about to get to work on that toilet. Nope. Instead I planned to just toss the paper in the trash and find another place to go #2 if I had to. The fridge kept my drinks and snacks cool. I did not use the cooking stuff. I wanted to use the coffee maker but there were no filters (I brought my own coffee grounds). They had some pre packaged stuff, but I opted not to use it. There were some snacks with the coffee creamers etc but the date on the peanuts was May 2024 so I didn't bother looking at anything else. The towels were nice and soft. The water pressure was insane. The kitchen sink pretty much assaulted me when I turned it on. The shower and bathroom sink were just as powerful. Water temp was good. The room itself was very cool, had a NOISY but powerful AC. It clunked every time it reached temp and turned off. Wear ear plugs. Beach access was a short walk away, as well as a wonderful breakfast spot (toasted mango), awesome ice cream place (Jake's) and delicious deli (Anna's). I walked everywhere. There are nearby fancy restaurants and local bars and the marina isn't far at all. I walked there too. I'd say this place overall was great value and very safe. I appreciated the community pool and beach access. I had my own chairs and umbrella, so I did not rent. I would stay here again. This is a quieter side of the island compared to the village.

Honestly? One of the WORST places I've ever stayed. We were so excited to stay here because of the…read morelocation, but the management is so TERRIBLE I can't recommend it to anyone. We had a miscommunication about payment (it's cash or money order ONLY, due up front, unless you PayPal 7 days in advance) and that was not made clear enough considering how out of the norm that is--at least, I've only ever stayed in places where your pay upon departure. Especially since I believed my credit card was on file as they used it to collect the deposit. Anyway, no one was there to check us in in person and no one was there to collect a check on Day 1. We called to check in & were told keys were on the table, but there was zero mention of payment. On Day 2, that night we needed a few extra blankets and called for assistance. Only then did they realize they forgot to collect payment, which I said I did not have because I expected to pay via card. It was late, so I said I would do my best to get a money order the next day. Day 3, we had a boat tour and massages booked and planned to get a money order after those plans. However, the harassment started EARLY this day and management (the brother) texted, called and harassed my friend (we checked in on her phone) all day, even though she assured him we would get the money order when we had time. He harassed her ALL DAY regardless--it's clear he had made a mistake and was trying to quickly fix it, even though we had no way to address it until after our massages. As soon as we were done with massages we ran around town in the pouring rain trying to get a money order but kept running into roadblocks (machines not working, couldn't take out more than $500, etc). When I explained that we only had $500 but could try again the next day (our stay was 5 days) he threatened to KICK US OUT and call the police. I'm shaking as I write this and remember this because it was incredibly alarming. Eventually he said we could PayPal WITH AN ADDED 3% FEE, which is substantial on a 5-night stay. And even worse, REFUSED to collect the $500 money order we had spent half the day trying to obtain. We called the person we booked with (the sister) to complain about this treatment, and she said "So you're saying my brother is a liar?" No apologies, no indication that it was a misunderstanding, no leniency. It ruined the evening and put a dark cloud over the rest of the trip. Also, this place was not clean, there were ants everywhere, furniture drawers were broken and you have to pay a $200 cleaning fee even though you need to start the laundry, take out your own trash and do your own dishes. It's my understanding that they sold this place for a bunch of money (according to some guests who were also staying here), which could explain the lack of concern for their guests. Stay somewhere else.

The hotel itself is overpriced in my opinion. There are "destination" fees of $28/ day but you can use it as a credit in their restaurant. Make sure you use it because you will be charged either way. Pet fee was $75, my pup loved the room and going on walks nearby but there wasn't a designated pet relief area which would've been nice for night time . However the area is extremely walkable. Parking was about $40 / night I think but we parked on the street for free. Breakfast is included and their buffet is decent. Be sure to get your omelette made to order by Rayna. Also, make sure you don't miss their nightly reception hour with two free drinks and light snacks. The rooms are large and are your typical embassy suite with kitchenette area and living room. Beds were super comfy and the shower was nice and hot. All of the staff was very friendly and super accommodating. I wish the pool was heated or they had a hot tub because it is absolutely gorgeous but too cold during my stay. All in all, a great choice for the area! I would definitely stay again but I would be sure to price around because there are quite a few hotels in the area.

It is within walking distance of 3 nice restaurants and convenient beach access. The staff was quite friendly. The Bad Stuff 1. For the first two weeks the adjoining duplex unit took advantage of the "fur-baby" policy and brought 2 dogs that barked. A lot. All accompanied by the owners yelling at the dogs to not bark. 2. The unit is old and has a beaten down look to it with lights that stayed on all the time, ones that didn't work at all and other work that looked as though it was done by armatures that watched You Tube videos to try their hand a DIY work 3. The unit is decorated in an early-attic, late basement, rummage sale motif. Although the bed was comfortable and the downstairs den was decent, everything else was low-end 4. The kitchen could only seat 4 and was ill equipped with utensils, cookware and china which had the rummage sale-goodwill store feel. The bad stuff noted above is all predicated on the eye-popping cost of $646/day ($18,000 for the month). Based on the cost we expected a much better unit and experience. From other review it appear that most people stayed for long weekends in the cottage units which I presume are in better shape, however, our experience in the duplex was not worth the money.
