Jail is cold, the list of bail bonds companies is long, and half of them don't answer the phone, treat you like a paycheck, or just ignore you all together. Anco was different. I was literally told to call them by another inmate who had used them before (repeat customer I guess, lol). When I called Sarah actually took the time to listen to me and didn't just start spouting off numbers to try to get me off the phone. She was obviously busy, but I could hear her working to actually pay attention. I gave her my wife's phone number and she called her and before the day was over, they had everything worked out and I was out. If I just would have called them in the first place, I wouldn't have spent 6 weeks in jail while getting jerked around by a system that didn't care about me at all. Highly recommend and hope I never have to use them again.

I've emailed and left several messages for the owner Shanna Glawson who seems to never be in office. I have filed a BBB complaint as well as left a Google review and contacted the Texas state Bail Board regarding Bail refund policy. Where is my refund and valuable consideration? Where is my equitable relief on this matter? Thou shall not steal is a commandment from the creators. It's my money and I need it NOW!!!
