My experience with BullsEye was fantastic and there's a short story to explain how they completely…read moreearned the FIVE stars I gave. Tech came out to replace a leaking water heater in the crawlspace of my basement after they special ordered my 50gal "low boy" short and wide heater. They said it would take all day and require 2 techs so I was prepared for the 7 hours they ended up being there. I was sad to come home to find pretty large dirt tracks on doors/walls and some scratches and chips on a few door jams, as well as some wet carpet. I am a clean person and the whole house had just been painted and re-carpeted so I was upset. I sent pics and an email to them wanting to see what the response would be and they blew me away with fantastic customer service! The next day the GENERAL MANAGER Nic came to my house to personally clean up the dirt and mess and told me what happened after speaking to the techs and service manager. The unit they removed was very dirty and wet and although they bagged it and tried everything to be careful, the unit itself barely fits through doors. One of the techs ended up going and getting a carpet cleaner to clean my carpet and that is why it was wet! The manager spent almost 2 hours at my home, cleaning and checking everything. This is where it gets over the top with the customer service. While down in the crawl space he found a leak in one of the pipes, totally unrelated to the water heater, dripping onto our furnace. He called a tech out to fix it for me, completely free and they both were in my home checking everything and making it right for a long time, showing me everything they had done and walking me through it. He even offered to take money off my water heater install but I didn't take it, as the service call for the leaking pipe would have been over $200 for sure. I am SO GLAD I FOUND BullsEye! As a small business owner myself, it means a lot when you make things right. They went overboard and I will tell everyone I know about the awesome service I got with them!

Never done right the first time and then they are upset when you call to get it fixed.read more

Not only did they respond the same day and communicate their arrival time, the owner (Alan) provide the repair services explaining his crews were fully booked and he recognized the importance of getting systems back up and running in January with temps .well below freezing. Highly recommend.

He kept saying "it was out of code" over and over again and I was getting very irritated about the whole situation. Because he couldn't show me anywhere or any laws that say my FLUE pipe was out of regulations in the state of Colorado. So how do I know if he is even telling the truth?? He didn't understand I just wanted a routine cleaning nothing else. He then became a smart mouth and said to the paying customer "I don't know what you do for a living sir" and "All the years I have been doing this i have never had anyone questioning my integrity". My response then is it should be easy to show me where you you think my flute pipe was out of regulation. I just want to know where it say that about my furnace pipe being out of regulation, I am not your average person who just shells out my hard earned money to a stranger just because they say it is "out of code". Also after our little debate he said he would send me the invoice on where it said that and i still have yet to get the invoice or the regulation!!!

I'm updating my review as the water system that The Water Spot installed in my home has caused…read morethree leaks in ten months, two of which have occurred in the last month causing over $4,000 in damage. The issues that we have with this company fall into two broad categories. 1. Inadequate installation. The company installed our system in a service room in the basement, attaching a draining line to a drainage system in the floor. However, the line was not secured properly and had broken free three times, causing leaks. 2. Poor customer service. I've attempted to call this company three times to discuss our issue. I've left three messages over a week and have not received a callback. After reading another review on google, I am not alone in noticing the poor customer service with this company. Unfortunately, if I don't receive a call back, I will take my concerns to the Better Business Bureau. Shortly after installation, we wrote a very positive review of this company. We felt comfortable doing this because the installation was quick, the price seemed fair, and the water in our home improved dramatically. Now, after three leaks and significant financial expenditure, the first two positive aspects no longer apply -- poor installation lead to leaks and any money we saved will now be spent on repairs. Lastly, the company offers discounts for very positive review. Since we were happy with the initial service, we didn't have a problem writing a positive review. However, this should call into question any positive review of the company. Steer clear of this company. Go with a bigger, more reputable company that will address issues and actually call customers back.

We were initially pleased with his presentation, installation and his follow ups. In November 2019 l awoke to a strange noise coming from the unit. I went to explore the sound and I found the unit spewing a large amount of water onto the floor. I have tried to contact him numerous times, leaving messages and have yet to have him respond. Very frustrating!!! I was forced to hire another company who informed me that they were very familiar with Ben and relayed some very shocking information about his practices. In addition the new contractor was very quick to point out several installation errors that was made. I conducted research before hand an according to the Better Business Bureau his has an A+ rating. According to the Colorado Secretary of State, the business (The Water Spot LLC) status is "Delinquent."
