This was not even my problem.... the staff, manager I am assuming, was sarcastically rude when I asked if there was another bathroom! When I pointed out to him that he was rude, his comment to me was "then don't ask stupid questions!" I just filled up my truck and wish I had waited for the next station! They were also at the same time arguing with another customer who paid cash but they were refusing to give the cash discount! This person would not let me know the owners name nor his.

Thing is I NEVER allow my tank to get much below half a tank because there are times I need to go to the ER!! Was between Moke Hill and San Andreas and literally started praying non stop. Got to San Andreas and pulled into the Pari Mart where I always get gas and was about to burst into tears because my body hurt so bad (long story) when one of the young men from the Pari Mart came and asked if I needed help. 'Yes, please' I told him. He was so kind and filled my car and talked to me a bit to make sure I was ok. Had him write his name down for me, so I can write him a thank you card because his kindness was so appreciated and wonderful!! Am so grateful we have the Pari Mart here in San Andreas with such kind people. Thank you.

I…read morehave met many of their people and they have always been incredibly prompt, usually way-early than the quoted time, always friendly, super efficient, with a no job too small or large attitude. They have jumpstarted my vehicles innumerable times, They've towed my vehicles and even my RV to wherever they need to be serviced. When they recently towed my RV from Bear Valley to Angel's Camp, it was a real pain for the technician, but he worked tirelessly and with a smile. He had to crawl under the RV, and disconnect the driveline before he could tow it. He faced many bolts that had not been touched in 11 years. Watching him, I could see it was miserable, dirty, cold work. But the technician was assuring me "It's all in a days work". I am long overdue sending Sam Berri's of Murphys a shout out for always being there when I really needed help. For never making me wait for service. And always smiling and being encouraging no matter how difficult the task was for them. THANK YOU!!!

The error was a P0430 error pointing to the catalytic converter on passenger side and the error was fixed with replacing the throttle sensor which at the wires everywhere

Just went in with my 2006 Acura MDX because my AC was blowing warm yesterday…read more I signed the contract with them for a $180 inspection and they pulled my car into the bay. Within about 90 seconds they could tell my AC compressor was blown and told me. The quoted me for the entire system replacement (because you have to because of the debris and warranties), didn't charge me for this visit and asked me to consider things and call them back to setup an appointment to get it done, if I wanted to. This shop is AMAZING and the team is fantastic! I'm still debating on the work to get done, but no matter what, this is a stand up shop and honest mechanics.
