The doctors are excellent. The nurse practitioners are excellent. The staff is very responsive, but their office staff is absolutely the worst at one time there's a young lady by the name of Tina there who took care of things she was the office manager. She handled things and got things done. Currently the staff sucks. Absolutely the worst. I've called enough messages and got no response. I've sent out emails and got no response. I've been trying to resolve an issue with them since August. we are now in November and nothing has occurred. I've had to chase down the insurance myself and ask which medication's are permitted. Why am I doing this? I called to speak to the doctor while I was over 800 miles away and I was told I needed to come in the office and that was the end of it. Next time I called left a message I was told no messages were left when it clearly showed on my phone that I had called so evidently I'm a liar. I have never been treated so poorly by a physician!!!! I was late to my appointment but I did call and let the office staff know. They assured me it would be okay. The doctor himself has horrible bedside manner and is extremely rough he hurt me during the examination. I explained to him that I did not understand why he was being so rough and then he raised his voice and told me that I was late and making others wait in a rude and condescending way. He then slammed his clip board down and told me he would need to run other test and ended my exam abruptly. He has written false information in my chart. Such things we never had time to discuss. I apologized to the office staff and doctor for being late and told him I couldn't find the office. I won't be back. He scared me and hurt me. Please be aware. This office does not care about their patients. After many weeks of them sending the wrong paperwork... When I called to ask them to fax what the insurance had sent them..(plus the insurance had called/ emailed many times while I was on the line/cc) They said the person that sent faxes was on vacation for a week. They knew I was about to run out of my medication. No one else in the office knows how to send a fax?? I don't even have this doctor (Dr. Robiner Dhillon) anymore since 2023, but for the last 3 months that keep sending me a bill for a doctor's visit that I paid the Co-Pay in Dec. 2023, but now they are trying to make me pay the left over amount from what the insurance adjustment was, and they are just now sending me the bill because of a glitch in their billing system. I don't even have the same insurance that I had 3 years ago and I have left several message for the Bill dept that never calls me back anytime in the past two month, and even when I call the doctor's office directly they said the office manager would call me back with no response after one week. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against them. Beware if you do go with the doctor's office that they also charge a 3 to 4% interest if you charge on your credit card... The doctors at this practice are good. The nurses are also good but the staff are rude. They talk amongst themselves when I walk in for my appointment and don't acknowledge me for several minutes. Today I showed up for my scheduled appointment and they lied and said that they had called me last week and left me a voicemail message canceling my appointment. This office is located out back behind Outback. Whoa!! After I checked in, I saw the one star rating?! I asked hubs if he knew he was going to a doctor that had a one star rating? I read one of the reviews, DAMN! tip jar? Really? Yeah, ....if that's true, that would be the first time I've seen one in a doctor's office. You will have to do more than check me in to get a tip!? Jk Maybe if I can get seen sooner? JK But I didn't see a tip jar on this visit and my hubby hasn't seen one. Maybe they bring it out during certain times? Hubs has been seeing Dr Bhat for over a year and has come to see her about four times. Who knows? Maybe tipping in medical offices is a new trend? Dr Bhat has been caring for my husband for his RA(rheumatoid arthritis). He doesn't have any complaints and he's satisfied with being in her care. On our last visit, we were in and out of there in under thirty minutes. Not bad! Hubs has been satisfied with the care he's received and the wait time here is almost always short. This is a small office. Our complaint was that when the medical assistant called us back to take hub's weight and BP, she started asking personal/health questions and this area is just a few steps from the waiting area. Had a bad reaction to one drug that gave me blisters through out my body. Met with Robind Dhillon, talked with him for a few minutes and he recommended the drug I had a major reaction to. This was my Uh OH moment and just wanted to get out of there. I was not surprised to read Rebecca B. not good report looking up Dr. Dhillon medical license with all of his violations. Had a bad feeling when I was there, now I know more. First Medical office I have seen with a $ 100.00 late or no show fine. I'd give them more if I could. Sierra Rheumatology has gone above and beyond for me several times. Most recently, I had a major hang up with my meds. The staff stepped up and and went the extra mile. First, providing samples of the medicine I need. Then the office staff ( Tina Marie) went out of her way to help fix the issue. She fixed the problem by staying in touch almost daily with the speciality pharmacy to get things figured out. Dr Dhillion is a great doctor. He listens carefully and has always been more than helpful with solid advice and treatment of my RA. He cant cure my illness but has helped me manage it. I was referred her by my PCP for treatment of systematic lupus. I was assigned to Dr. Dhillion. The intake and follow up were average. Then, after changing a medication to treat a severe flairs the office completely stopped responding to calls, pl phone messages and emails. After 2 weeks of trying to reach them I filed an abandon patient complaint with the medical board. When I looked up Dr. Dhillion license, I found he already has: Administrative disciplinary action Court order Misdemeanor conviction Probationary license Felony conviction Malpractice judgement Hospital disciplinary action Public reprimand Administrative Action take Arbitration awards Malpractice settlements. Dr. Tiffany Wu has always been nice to me. She is the reason I kept going back. Dr. Robinder, however, was rude and should work on his bedside manner. The office staff is hit or miss. Some of the office staff is really nice, while others hang up on you and then blame you for it. I have been with Dr Dhillion since he purchased the practice from Dr Bhat. I loved Dr Bhat, and was not happy about getting a new doctor. But, to my surprise he proved to be a wonderful, caring doctor and the same quality as Dr Bhat. I could not be more pleased. He met with me, and spent over an hour going over my case, and discussing my issues. I felt the transition was seamless, and my care has consistently been excellent with both doctors. I chose my Rheumatologist to be overseer of all my medications, since I have several specialist and wanted to prevent problems with drug interaction. Then when I had to take a new medication from another doctor, he spent over an hour going over all my medications. My case is extremely complicated, so he told me he would have to do additional research, and let me know which drugs to put on pause until I was on the new medication for three months. He never watches the time, just gives me quality care. When he bought the practice, it was a very small office, but he said he was going to have a new office, and he did. The new office, is much larger with a nice room for the infusions, and very spacious. If you need a Rheumatologist please try him, he is the best. read more

They do not answer the phone or respond to messages timely through My Health Online. I have been trying to get a hold of ANYONE for three days now because some test results I received contradict what I was told during my last visit with Dr. Dhillon. I've left them one voice message and have sent two online messages and I've heard nothing, all the while my anxiety is through the roof waiting for clarification. My husband was referred to Dr. Dhillon by his primary Doctor. We went to the first appointment in Roseville with no issue. The second appointment was for a Monday, we received a phone message at 4pm on the Friday before, saying the office had moved to Rocklin. The message was to confirm his appointment, he called the number left on our answering machine, there was no way to leave a message, nor anyone there to pick up the phone. We arrived on Monday for the appointment, and he saw Dr. Dhillon who prescribed a new medication. We went to our pharmacy to pick up the prescription, our pharmacist, and my husband, had questions about the new medication. My husband, and the pharmacist called Dr.Dhillons office repeatedly over the course of 3 weeks and never got any response EVER, no phone message, no email NOTHING!! His office never responded to the pharmacist either. So, my husband went back to his primary doctor, who also called to speak to Dr. Dhillon, no response to him either. So, today 9-21-20 his office calls and asked if my husband was able to do a video chat with the doctor, my husband told the receptionist all of the issues he had been having over the last 6 months with no return calls etc., and he would not be seeing the doctor, so then she asks if he would like to reschedule his appointment It's like the twilight zone there!!! Unfortunately there are few rheumatologist in the area so there are not many options. I'm very surprised with how things have been handled in an office dealing with chronic pain patients. After two years (2010-2013) of symptoms of multiple joint swelling and seeing two rheumatologists on east coast. Dr Bhat and her staff determined within two visits (in about mid 2013) and various lab results that I had seronegative arthritis and prescribed Humira injections which has greatly relieved almost 90% of symptoms. Humira is a preapproved prescription and even with multiple insurances difficult to get approved by insurance. Dr Bhat's staff assured that I had Humira within record time in order that my pain could be relieved by drug. I called this office looking for help for my mom who really needed to see a specialist. We had some circumstances and have to pay out of pocket for medical services temporarily. I even told the office manager that we could pay up front. The folks in this office were incredibly rude and refuse to give my mom an appointment to see Dr Bhat. I stressed the point they my mom is really ill and really needs to see a specialist. I don't recommend this clinic since they care about getting paid before helping patients. I can't speak to the quality of care because I was never actually seen. However, my experience trying to get an appointment was terrible. There is nothing worse than having a positive test result and not being able to get in to see a specialist who can provide you with answers. The office had my referral for almost 2 weeks before I had to call them to try to schedule an appt. I called 8 different times in one day with no answer. The next day, they answered and said they would give the referral to the dr to review. A week later, they told me they had to check with the doctor (and gave me the name of the other doctor whom my referral was NOT for) and they she would need to ask the doctor when the doc would be working next (WHAT). I was then given an appoint for almost 4 months out. (I know it can take a while to get into a specialist). I was not happy with the customer service I received trying to schedule an appointment. Saw the yelp review with the tip jar. Called my PCP and got a referral elsewhere who saw me within a month and had no issues. read more
