Her room is very relaxing with warm hues that make it easy to feel cozy and to slow down. The table can be adjusted for my body temperature, as I am usually cold, I can ask her to crank the heat on the table or if I'm warmer to turn it off completely. Room is setup at 104 degrees from the far infrared panels emitting heat waves that claims detoxification, pain relief, skin purification and weight loss. Classes range from relaxation & stretching to the intense total body conditioning. Facilities have always been pristine and smelling clean everytime. I've just enrolled for the $65 Biweekly membership after completing the $25 10-day trial. The staff and owners have been pretty friendly and accommodating with our questions.
