Keep lying. How hard is it for a company to say I'll give you a discount to leave a good review…read more Why you have good reviews on google. You are expensive and do a shitty job. If in 2019 it was so bad why did you message me to leave a review? And after why did you accept to clean my house? Didn't you put you used a ad company and forgot to take me off? If that the case why after I called and you looked me up did you accept to clean my house again? Why wouldn't you come to look at what you had to clean? I even told them they didn't have to clean carpet as carpet cleaner was coming but Ros**** wanted to clean my rugs because they had time. You mad because I left a negative review? Also dog fur on the ceiling? Keep making things up. Butthurt owner right here. $370 for a very crappy clean job. How hard is it to clean well? You need college education to clean? If my house was so dirty and they had do not service on me why did they accept this job? When they came to clean my house the 2nd time why did they start to clean and not reject me? My house was empty and easy to clean. Why they came late and left to make their 2nd cleaning appointment on time. Would you pay $370 to clean a small 1.2k sq ft home? Am I the only one who left a negative review to them? Did you read the google review from over two years ago where he say you have fake reviews? It's in the picture. They just got smarter and just give discounts to people to leave a 5 star review now. They have a vindictive manger/ owner. She is the wife. Really what wrong with marijuana smell? I got TBI and PTSD from the Army. What's wrong with my medication smelling my house? That looks like the real problem. My ounce of cannabis smelling the house. My house was empty and easy to clean. Not this BS of dog fur everywhere and not clean. I'm a bachelor and this is a bachelor pad so I keep it clean to invite girls over. Also Rose*** is mad I left a negative review with BBB. Why would I give them another chance after this? So they can screw me over 3x ? How can any cleaning company please anyone the way they clean?

Worst cleaning service! We paid for a Move Out Cleaning rate which is highest than their standard…read morerate and with it they were supposed to provide a more comprehensive cleaning. They failed miserably, they did not clean the doors to my office, mirrors, blinds or the laundry room at all. They vacuumed but not under the sofas or tables. Mike was done quickly and the area was cleaned up. After he had left, I noticed he had pulled a very short distance down the road and then strapped his load down. What a small but brilliant gesture. Great communication, reasonable rates, quick service, professional yet friendly crew. If I ever have anything else I need hauled off, I am calling Robertson's Junk Removal.

El Dorado Dumpsters did a good job for the garbage cleanup I needed. They efficiently and…read moreprofessionally cleared out a carport of junk I needed to get rid of, as well as cleaned up an area in the woods that was used for illegal dumping. The area in the woods had a ton of debris and they did a good job all things considered, though small flaky pieces (think broken down cardboard and plastic scraps) did remain - but the reason for still 5 stars is during discussion/quoting they set correct expectations. They let me know that this may happen as they don't do any digging. It appears they raked but it was in weeds and loose dirt so without digging all this debris could not be entirely cleaned up. I had gotten a few quotes and their pricing was straightforward and reasonable (not absolute lowest) but communication was above the rest and the execution was as or better than expected! If I need more hauled off, I will certainly use them again!
