In the last few days I have learned that the owner, Sarah Molaro, is petty and hypocritical. She boasts about her training in trauma and being trauma informed as well as spouting yoga principles of doing no harm, but does not live what she preaches. Due to mistakes made in budgeting by Sarah, when the yoga teacher training class collapsed half way through due to lack of attendance, Sarah informed me that I could only continue training if I paid an additional $720 on top of what we agreed to for training. I refused and requested she apply the money for hours of training I had not received(a total of $300) as studio credit so she didn't have to pay me back but I still got my money's worth. She has refused all options I have given her and is demanding I follow her original refund policy of applying it towards another teacher training class. Something I would be okay with, execpt she has repeatedly informed me that she doesn't intend to continue the yoga teach training classes and is likely closing the studio in less than 3 months when the rent is raised. On top of this, in the dispute of the refund, she chose to lose her temper and lash out in a very unprofessional way, taking private personal things I had disclosed to her as my teacher and throwing them in my face in an attempt to wound. Please be careful with this teacher. She preaches yoga philosophy and being respectful of trauma, but she does not practice what she preaches. The second you disagree with her, she becomes defensive and attacks. This studio is not the safe space it claims to be.

She brings not only her beautiful strong energy to the class but she also heals. Sarah has been working with me off and on in the past 4 years. I'm now giving into weekly yoga with Sarah and I'm on on 4 week now. I'm bringing my 3 year old niece to kids yoga on Tuesday and hopefully my dad will come along with me to this weeks Thursday class. I highly recommend checking out a class with Sarah even if's you think it's not what you'd be into. Where do we even begin...Starting off, Sarah was very much approachable from the conversations we…read morehad on here just to get an inquire to the start of us meeting with her so she knew what couple she was going to work with. Scheduling with her was so easy and straight forward. She listened to what we wanted for our first dance. We had a mashup of songs & each song that she listened to, she had a dance in mind. She also asked for our input which she added onto the dance. She definitely makes you feel welcomed at her dance space. She's funny when critiquing you. She'll tell you what you're doing wrong and how to fix it. We're so extremely happy that we chose Sarah to help choreograph our first dance. I will say (me the bride) had a bit of a hiccup due to my dress being longer than I had anticipated & a bit of my nerves getting to me, but for the majority of it, our dance turned out great & the crowd was impressed with our dance, especially bc my husband and I don't dance ourselves. Overall, we strongly recommend booking with Sarah!

After about 6 or so lessons, our dance came together perfectly! She helped us with choreography, form, and answered all the little questions we had along the way. Our last lesson was the best--it all clicked and we were able to put the pieces all together! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

From…read morethe very first lesson, he made us feel completely welcome and comfortable, regardless of our experience level. His teaching style is clear, encouraging, and engaging -- we truly feel like we're learning and improving every time we step on the floor. What really sets Dior apart is how fun he is to be around. He brings great energy, patience, and humor to each lesson, which makes the experience something we genuinely look forward to. Dancing never feels intimidating with him as an instructor. We've also had the opportunity to work with his partner, Jordan, and together they are an incredible team. Their chemistry, professionalism, and shared passion for teaching make the lessons even better. The two of them create an environment that is supportive, motivating, and genuinely enjoyable. We cannot say enough good things about Dior and Jordan. If you're looking for instructors who are talented, welcoming, and truly invested in their students, we highly recommend them!

Owners grew up in the exact same environment and are never around to actually teach. They will show up when they are selling outrageously priced events to put you in FOMO mode. The model is new students all the time so the inexperienced teachers can fake their way thru lessons and charge a fortune. Go ANYWHERE else. Check out any of their annual holiday videos on YouTube and see for yourself. Not one good performance and lazy inexperienced teachers full of crap to pump you up and out of your money. The reason there are so many five star reviews is because they make it a requirement to go online and give them a review as part of a system to qualify for freebies. So again using their model to sell sell sell, you have to give them a good review so you can get a free lesson or a small party at the end of the month in which they ask you to bring your own food and supply all of the drink drinks for them and in my opinion is never a good deal.

3 stars!? For this gym!? Ain't no way…read more.. This place has everything you can want in a gym. It's clean, great amenities, good people and the vibes always right. Sure, you could pay less and even get a bigger gym, but bigger doesn't always equal better. I think of this place as the "Cheers" of gyms. Sometimes you wanna go where everybody knows your name.

If you need many amenities and want a gym to boost your social/dating life, this club is clearly…read morethe best. But if you only care about fitness results, Ironworks (downtown GV) is a superior gym. I came from a more serious weightlifting gym (Ironworks), so I'm still adjusting to this new gym culture. Dedicated lifters tend to abide by the unwritten (yet important) rules of the gym, while the members of this gym...not so much. People banging weights off and on my bench in the middle of my set. Its terribly distracting, especially when lifting near PR. Taking cable attachments while my jacket and bag are directly under it (Indicating that it is currently in use). If you go to take a drink of water, keep an eye on your machine. Lots of standing conversations in the way of weights and equipment. Loud bluetooth phone conversations. Proper etiquette is to take the call away from the workout floor. Instagram girls filming content. I get they are doing their thing, hustling social media or OnlyFans. The camera setups can be a bit of an obstacle, but more importantly many people in the gym prefer not to be filmed and they should be able to exercise in peace. All of these violations are common in big gyms like this, while members of serious weightlifting gyms tend to know the unwritten etiquette. Its something to consider when choosing the gym that suits your needs best. The facility is clean and pretty, the staff are friendly and professional, and the equipment is in good shape.

We live in Rocklin and have tried at least four dance studios…read morein the Rocklin/Roseville area and were not very happy with what they offered or found them to be just way too strict or formal for young children. We feel that dancing for young children should be fun and creative and that teachers should be child friendly, fun and keep the instruction age appropriate. We found Pamelot almost a year ago and immediately loved it and could instantly feel the difference from other studios. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the owners are so kind and personable and are genuinely just really nice people who care about their students and parents and welcome and ask for parent input in regards to their programs. The teachers are wonderful, fun, energetic and are very good with children. The facility and dance studios are clean and every room has a viewing window with plenty of seating for parents to wait and watch their children dance. This is very important to me as a parent and something other studios do not offer in all rooms. They also regularly invite parents into the room to watch the children perform something they have learned. They even have a lounge room with tv and activities for siblings to wait in while their siblings dance. This makes waiting so much more relaxing for us parents. We love everything they offer including the month long summer camps and find that making the drive from Rocklin to Auburn is so worth it for us. Thank you Pamelot for offering such a wonderful family atmosphere, fabulous instruction and an amazing experience for girls and boys! You rock! :-)
