    Right side damage.

I took my car in to have my rusty rear bumper replaced. I had found a like new bumper on line and had it shipped directly from them. They installed the bumper but didn't remove the bumper cover first and damaged it. The owner of the business made all kinds of excuses but never even apologized for the damage. I will never go to these people again.

some people locked their keys in the car and in 10 minutes at the Riverbend. the tow truck was there and unlocking there car.

Decent paint job on the surface, hope it lasts . Alignment of body parts suck . Some of the worst I…read morehave ever seen . They fix one thing you point out, only to get it back and there is something else . They take FOREVER to repair something . I would not recommend to anyone .

My Ford Ranger got sideswiped and I took it to your shop for repairs. Even for the estimate I had…read moreto LEAVE it there. ( It took less than an hour at the NEXT shop). You replaced the drivers side door and I guess you replaced the window in that door because you told me not to roll it up tight due to the adhesive. Oh yes, the adhesive film that I haven't been able to remove from the glass. I took it back shortly after I picked it up because the door didn't close right. You glared at me and slammed it. A few days later when you replaced the interior light you attempted to lift the door and said you might need to replace the latch BUT come to find out that's not the problem. You never tried to fix it again anyway and why give it to me like that. The interior of that door and the interior of my truck was absolutely filthy and smelled like cat pee. THEN there was the break-in that wasn't reported to the police, until I reported it. You gave me a $100 bill for two stolen tool kits but priced at Harbor Freight ONE costs $165. When you removed the camper shell you ripped the brake light wiring out, and no mention from you. The camper bed was left full of broken glass bits and the camper shell window has some sloppy patched together trim. That window leaks. The real killer is the back window in the truck. I have NEVER IN MY LIFE seen such crappy, shoddy work. The window is sticking out from the body, it's not even completely inserted into the opening. The wind whistles through, along with the rain, and the soap suds at the car wash. My insurance is paying another body shop $1,250 to fix what you did to my truck. I wouldn't be surprised if they file a lawsuit
