Stephen came out on short notice, used a special light to find the odor source, and got to work. When he finished, the carpets were noticeably cleaner with no pet odor at all. He even showed me how much debris he removed and cleaned the whole room at no extra charge. Later, when I was moving out of Rio Rancho, he came back again on short notice and gave me a loyal customer discount. The building owner thought I had new carpet installed. Highly recommend Stephen with Heavenly Angels Carpet Care--great service, very knowledgeable, and worth every penny.

To my eyes, ADE's workmanship is head and shoulders above some of the other companies in the area. Look on their website and see some of the staircases they fabricate and install. Forming up those double helix staircases and executing those projects is a sign of mastery of one's trade. ADE is the real deal. I got the scroll pattern and the heavy bars. It looks really good. It took about two weeks to fabricate the windows and get them installed. ADE is very professional and all about the business. No drama no BS. Quick turnaround. Good customer service. Thanks Arturo Jr and also to Arturo Senior (Dad), pleasure doing business with you guys. My place looks great and it's a huge relief to have those security windows up now.

But I am happy that I got to work with this company. I was introduced to Thomas who I believe was the owner, he was able to get me scheduled right away and asked me specifics about the job and gave me a quote over the phone. Thomas showed up on time, was very professional, and explained the process before getting started and sent my quote before proceeding. I felt very comfortable with the overall process. Once confirmed he got to work right away and begin hauling items into his truck. he worked alone, but worked very diligently to get the job done and was very careful when taking things out of the house. Came with all his own tools, straps, etc. I felt embarrassed because of all the junk that accumulated in the yard and the hidden wasps nest that was hiding in the junk. But, he was very nice and assured me it's not that bad. It didn't take him long to haul the items at all, maybe less than 3hrs and the price paid for the work done was very reasonable. I'd definitely hire him for another job and I've recommended him to others I know who also have junk they've accumulated over the years because they thought they'd be able to "sell it in a garage sale" and never did. If this is you, don't wait call now!

Before I could finish explaining the problem, he began pulling our dryer out onto the Saltillo floor tiles to access the washer. I politely asked him to wait, explaining that I was concerned about protecting the tiles, and offered to lay down a drop cloth if he didn't have one in his truck -- at which point he abruptly said he was unwilling to work on my washer and launched into a story of how a customer had unjustly accused him of damaging their floor and had sued him. And then he left. Martin may be a skilled appliance repair man, but from my perspective, he has issues.
