Mike is very patient, he's a good communicator, and took the time to solve the problem for me. He does not come across like a car salesman. I would give this company an A+ for customer service. The auto insurance company recommended the dealer body shop or finding a body shop myself. I foolishly wondered if they were giving me the best option and after seeing good reviews of Tech Cor, chose to go with them. They were completely inflexible and insisted on their 'pound of flesh' (if you read Shakespeare, Merchant of Venice). At one point, they even told me to go and take it to another body shop. My dismantled minivan with all the parts taken out by them??!! I did not post a review earlier because I was trying to forget how distressing it was dealing with them. Some of the things I remember: There was a tiny dent on one door and they insisted on charging me $50 for it even though the insurance paid them almost $13K for the rest of the damage. This could have easily been suctioned out in a few minutes using their tools but they insisted, "no free work". And guess what, after repairs, my car came back with the dent still in place. When I had to pick up my van, I would have to come in the rental car. How would I take the car back? They insisted they could not pick me up from home and so I had to wait until my wife could come early morning with me so one could drive the rental car and the other drive the van. The sliding doors sometimes get stuck and when I took it to them, their explanation was it was dirt sticking in the doors. To this day, I don't know why I caused myself so much unnecessary grief by ignoring my insurance company's recommendation and going with this business.

It was way less than price quotes I received in person at other local Subaru dealers. Karia Gutierrez greeted me when I walked in and took me to Antony LaPorta, who had sent me the quote. We went on a test drive, he showed me all about the car features, servicing, etc. It was a no pressure experience, something I've never had with a car dealer before. Sandy Cuttone was wonderful! She made the actual purchase of the car and filling out all the paperwork very easy and enjoyable. Jason Zapfel took me thru all of the navigation system features, as well as the safety and operating instructions. He was great! I just returned from a 2,500 mile road trip and the Outback was a champ. Great ride, super comfortable and a joy to drive. This is my first Subaru, and I'm so glad I bought it at Grand Subaru.

One fuel filter connector was deformed and broke when I tried to removed it, major problem. I called Tom's and he assured me that he had a repair kit to do it quickly and a lower cost. I had AAA car there. The connector was replaced and fuel filter replaced. They found and replaced the bad ignition module and car runs great better than I can ever remember for years.
