For a near new community it looks and feels like it is 10+ years old with stained concrete and damage everywhere. The roofs of the buildings show mold everywhere and have paint and siding just falling off. Noise: If you need a quiet place this is not it. We can hear dogs barking, doors slamming, and constant noise all day every day. We have been woken up by loud dogs, music, and just about anything you can think of on a regular basis. However the noise from that is nothing in comparison to the next thing on the list below. Building wide fire alarms are broken and do not work properly. They have gone off between the hours of midnight and 5AM at least 5 times since I have lived here. The alarm is painfully loud and goes for 10-20+ minutes before it can be turned off by the fire department. Terrible construction quality (reflected in how the buildings look and feel). The floors are not even properly adhered down in the units so anywhere you put furniture it will peel the floor up. The bathrooms are not made correctly as well so you will always get mold growing in the spaces where the caulking is not done properly or the drain pan is for the shower. We have to heavily bleach this every week. Amenities are always taken up by large groups of people even late at night (I have seen the cops called multiple times to deal with this). They have tried to start cracking down on this though recently so it may be fixed. Flooding issues: Constant flooding anytime there is hard or even mild rain for an extended time. The entire center courtyard will flood, the parking lot, and even the gym and main office areas. The only good part about this complex is the maintenance team. If you have a serious issue like AC going out or a broken appliance they are always there to get it taken care of quick. If this whole community was ran with the same care as the maintenance team it would be amazing.

The sheer disrespect and rude behavior from the staff was absolutely appalling and I don't recommend renting from here whatsoever. They only like you if nothing happens during your stay.

If you have a Celebration ID card and if you sign the waiver when you register for the card, you can get beep access to the Spring Lake fitness center and the pool. There are two treadmills, two ellipticals and various weight machines. The hours are 7am to 8pm, every day for the fitness center and the pool is open during daylight hours. The fitness center is very clean and well-maintained. The facility also has drinking fountains and bathrooms that are accessible via your Celebration ID card.

After refusing to push back the move in date because we had already paid for and reserved the moving truck, we moved into an apartment that was not ready. Then, when we did move in we found a dirty apartment with water damage everywhere. And to top it off, it was INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. I'm not talking one or two. I'm talking about many. We told the office and they sent maintained there who did not believe us and refused to do anything about it even after we showed them pictures. After our food became infested with them we left for a hotel until we found a new apartment. Needless to say, we have lost thousands of dollars between the cost of the hotel, getting another moving truck, the deposit for the Camden apartment, the food we had to throw away, and so much more. All of which they refused to cover or refund, except for $600 from fees from when we moved in. The check I was supposed to get for this at the end of January still has not come. After calling their service center and not getting through to anyone I came back to the office, finally got through to someone, and found out the address was wrong. So, save your money and do. Not. I happen to be in the area, stopped in and recognize that The Irlo had apartments for rent l mentioned it to my son and he was excited to know not only that is affordable, but his job is right down the street at the Holiday Inn so it was very convenient for him. My son moved in a month ago. He is so happy he loves it. It's peaceful. The people are kind. The property is always kept up nice and clean at all times. This gentleman is charismatic and genuine, adding confidence that any patron staying at the Irlo will have a comfortable experience. At the front desk is Roberto, a friendly, bilingual guy who is very good at his job! He has a calm demeanor and a warm friendly way about him. Alex is the other employee who is a real pleasure. Very hardworking and skilled at maintaining the property. The benefit of choosing this location is that it's close to Disney World, Old Town, shopping and sight seeing. It is also great to come back to comfort after a long day. This Irlo is also ADA compliant and pet friendly.

The property itself has potential, but poor management completely overshadows it. For the amount charged in rent, residents deserve much better customer service, organization, and responsiveness.
