I pay over $2,700 per month to live in this apartment complex, yet what I get is a unit without…read moreproperly functioning air conditioning. No matter how many times I have complained, the problem is never fixed. On top of that, dog waste is everywhere. The moment I step outside my door, I am hit with the smell of urine. This has been going on for more than eight months, and I have had to live with the constant smell of feces and urine every single day. Management also claimed that lightning struck the property and caused the elevator to break down. We were told that replacement parts would take three weeks to arrive before repairs could be completed. Despite numerous complaints from residents, nothing has improved. Who is going to compensate the residents for the loss of basic living conditions and the disregard for our rights? For the amount of rent we pay, this situation is completely unacceptable.

Our lease is 15 month long and we are definitely staying here for a minimum of 2 more terms. From day one we've been treated with respect and care. Errick the manager has been here since we moved in. Sully and Melanie joined a bit later. The front team has been nothing but help all this time! Super responsive and attentive. We've never had ANY issues with the apartment. They change the ac filters, do maintenance checks, keep the place super clean. The landscape is great as well. Pool and Jacuzzi is great and no non residence can be in there. Cameras all over. Super safe! We have a few policemen who live here. Secure garage is also available. Gym, yoga room where once a week James teaches yoga, pet spa, valet trash pick up 5 days a week. They always treat us with special events and food trucks. Omg you name it! What an amazing place! My 15 year old daughter absolutely loves living here. It's a walking distance to nearest cafes and grocery shops and local dining. So she can walk around with friends without needing a ride. I can safely say that Ezelle is in the top category, whether it's the lovely walking trails that run around the outside of the complex, the excellent common areas (pool, gym, gaming area, BBQs, fire pit, etc..) or for the incredibly friendly self who always seems to remember my name when I go through. When you lived in an ex colonial Hotel in Kenya where the pool was green it's hard to find fault in a place as nice as this. There are a load of events every month and also food trucks that come to the front of the complex, location is great for what we need it's close to Disney and 192. With any small issues that we've had the maintenance team has been incredibly quick to deal with them, albeit there aren't many because the complex only opened in January. I would and have recommended this accommodation to friends and family The Ezelle staff always greets us and our dog every time they see us, and they even remember her name! Everyone's experience is always very different but ours has been nothing short of positive for the whole time that we have been at Ezelle.

The building/plaza is at the intersection of Church St and Orange Ave so you really can't get a better location. All of the carpet in the hallways recently got replaced and lights were recently added to the top of the building. At our doorstep here in the plaza is a 12 cinema movie theater, sushi restaurant called Bento, 7-11, French bakery, and excellent restaurants like Kasa and Artisan's Table. A very close walk is the Amway center, Dr Phillips performing arts center, many restaurants and nightlife. The building has 24 hour security and for security no one can access your floor unless they reside on that floor and have key fob access to it. Every unit has floor to ceiling windows, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Resident parking is in a secure gated area which is great. Gym, pool, secure, perfect location, great city views, all in one a GREAT place to live.

This is what you can expect when you move into "luxury apartments". There were multiple groups of residents complaining about the noise and the amount of people partying in the clubhouse at 1AM. Not sure what the office will ever do to fix these problems and loud neighbors!
