They use to bake them with real cheese on the outside and it would have chunks of cheese you could break off the edge of the bagel. It doesn't look or taste like it used to! It appears like they added cheese flavoring because there was hardly anything on the bagel. It was like eating a big plain bagel. The food itself was good, but we received 4 small pieces of sourdough bread...I've never seen such small pieces of sourdough! Just didn't meet my expectations I suppose, but maybe it was a smaller serving than usual, given that we still received a large amount of jam accompaniment alongside it. Shoutout to our server, Charlie, who was very clear on our drink order recipients and friendly. Small tweaks could have made this experience a little better.
