First time at this restaurant and viewed it as a bit of a hit and miss. Hit was that the two pizza's we ordered ( Side street station Deluxe and Hawaiian) were quite good with plenty of toppings and a lot of cheese with good flavor. the miss was the lack of safety protocols inside the restaurant relative to Covid where no one was wearing a mask to include our server and tables are too close leading us to feel a bit unnerved with this business. Luckily we went on a slow nite and had good separation from the other folks in the restaurant or we would have gotten up and left immediately. In summation if you are into good pizza and have no concerns with Covid this place will probably fit the bill for you. But if you are safety minded relative to Covid I would suggest either take out only or too seek a different establishment. Rated food as four stars but lowered rating to two stars based lack of safety precautions relative to Covid. read more

Awesome pizza! Worth the drive up from Manitowoc or Two Rivers for their pizza alone. Classic small town restaurant ambiance (including bland exterior). But ignore the lack of ambiance and come for the tasty food. Their pizza is not the upscale wood-fired delicacy you'll find at pricey Italian pizza restaurants (my favorite); rather, it is the heaping toppings of cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, etc. delicacy (also a favorite). When I was looking online for a good pizza, I came across Side Street Station. After some of the reviews regarding their pizza, we decided to order one. I was told 7:25 pick up so I got there about 10 minutes early to pay. The pizza was done at 7:25 as promised. When the young lady handed me my 16" cheese, sausage, mushroom and onion pizza I couldn't imagine why it was so heavy. Once I opened the box, I saw why! Lots of real cheese,,, fresh sliced mushrooms and onions and huge chunks of tasty sausage! It smelled great and the taste didn't let us down. And the crust...it was thin and crispy...yummy! I'd say it was the best pizzas I've had in a long time! Definitely worth the $21! read more

Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, great food at great prices. We went on a Thursday and the special was lasagna. It was delicious and the portion size was generous. The lasagna came with a dinner salad ( lettuce, olives, red onion, button tomatoes, fresh mushrooms and slice hard boiled egg) and two big garlic bread sticks. I had a mushroom Swiss burger. 1/2 angus/brisket blend patty, sautéed mushrooms and gooey Swiss cheese. I ordered it with waffle fries. It came with three big slices of tomato, a big leaf of lettuce, thinly slices red onion and a pickle spear. The staff checked on us often so we didn't have to wait for anything. We were staying at Fox Hills (Par 5 Resort) which is no longer serving food. Heard these guys had good pizza but they don't answer the phone on Saturday evening so we couldn't place an order. We called several times. Maybe they don't answer calls from other area codes or maybe they were too wrapped up in watching a football game ... who knows. Stopped in here on our way to Point Beach and it was very good!! The garlic cheese curds was delicious, the waffle fries were super thick and crispy, and the chicken alfredo was big enough for 3 people!! Service was great and the restaurant was clean and inviting! read more

Took family from out of town here because we heard the fish was good. The experience was awful. During our 2 hour wait for our order, the waitress kept bringing the wrong food to our table. We asked multiple times how long it would be and were told it was coming soon only to have someone else's order be brought over. We finally said if the food wasn't started we were just going to leave. The waitress went to the kitchen and came back and told us the food was actually already started and it would be 7 more minutes....15 minutes later our food arrived one plate at a time. The fish was bony and greasy. Not good at all. So disappointing. The place is completely mismanaged. I would not recommend this to anyone. read more

We had a take out order that I called in at five o'clock I wanted it for six o'clock I was told there were two other orders for six so I couldn't have mine to six twenty which was fine. When I got to restaurant nobody greeted me as stood at the bar the bartender looked at me but just kept serving and talking to other customers, the waitress walked pass me about 5 times not even a hello just looked at me, I believe there was a delivery man he walked pass me he didn't say hello I stood there at least 10 minutes before the bartender came over. My food was sitting at the bar all this while. The food was good quality but kind of high priced for burgers. read more
