I have loved working with Terry Lodge and Jaben Ryll at Whiteheart Designs. This is our seventh…read morehome and by far Whiteheart Designs is the best design team I have ever worked with. Their utmost concern is the customer. Not only were they willing to work with every idea I had, no matter how unique, but they actually got excited about it and did whatever research we needed, to provide what we wanted. Their goal was that we be happy in our home instead of putting their stamp on our building, and what a pleasure the process was with them. When the design was finished I truly felt at home in it, and it's not even built! My husband is a commercial G.C. and too was quite impressed with their construction knowledge and suggestions. Whiteheart Designs is outstanding for all design needs from simple additions to complex residential or commercial projects and their list of satisfied builders and customers is extensive. What a great team they are; I can't recommend them highly enough.

The case was a ridiculous abuse of the legal system, but this ambulance chaser only desired and requested a quick payoff. The tenant was too high to make it to his first deposition and once my attorney questioned him, he alleged the entire case rested on mold in his shower. " did you ever once try cleaning your shower?" , my attorney asked. "Nah" , said the pimp. After his shakedown fell apart, Rotstein begged me for just $5000 to avoid court. I told him I would go to his parking lot and light $10,000 on fire in front of his shop before I gave him a penny. They dropped the case right before our first appearance in front of a judge. It's a shame, I would've enjoyed getting their nonsense on the record

I initially had a very positive impression of Robert and his business, which unfortunately makes…read morethis experience even more disappointing. I left my freshly painted Miata with him for what was originally discussed as a relatively simple exterior service--a wash, polish, and general once-over. I made it clear that I was not in an immediate rush, but I never expected that to turn into my vehicle remaining there for approximately 2.5 months with repeated delays and very little communication or progress. When I ultimately decided to retrieve my vehicle, I discovered that the work was still not completed as expected. More concerning, I was then informed that the keys to my vehicle had been lost while it was in his possession. The vehicle was locked inside the shop, leaving me unable to simply retrieve my own car. What concerned me most was how the situation was handled when I attempted to address it in person. Rather than having a calm, professional conversation about the delays, the condition of the vehicle, and the missing keys, the interaction became confrontational enough that I chose to leave rather than allow the situation to escalate further. Throughout this entire experience, I was never provided with a formal estimate, written scope of work, invoice, or clear completion date. I understand that I had previously said I was not in a rush, but I do not believe that reasonably translates to an open-ended 2.5-month timeframe for this type of service.... especially without clear communication. I genuinely wanted to support this business and initially trusted Robert based on the relationship we had developed. Unfortunately, my experience ultimately involved extended delays, unmet expectations, lost vehicle keys, poor communication, and an unnecessarily confrontational interaction and bringing someone else NOT involved with his business into it when I attempted to retrieve my property. I am simply documenting my personal experience so that other customers can make their own informed decision. I sincerely wish this situation had been handled differently.
