Project: We had an ugly, weed infested rock garden on a hill adjacent to the back of our home with a rotted and leaning retaining wall ready to collapse. The hill area needed leveling and reshaping, then weed barrier, rocks, and shrubs planted. The retaining wall is now made of interlocking stones and is completely level. We also added a circular yard stone patio with a stone fire pit and grill in the center. Our backyard now has an old English stone flare and is very classy. People: Joel met with us initially and followed through with us and the workers until the end. He has a very positive energy, is passionate about his company's products and services, but not pushy to the customer. He had great ideas for our project and actually did more for us than what was expected. The workers were skilled craftsmen, second to none, with great experience and great attitudes. I asked him if he would supply me with an email so I could send him a letter. That letter requested a rental rate to store the massive construction materials, or I would move them off. I wanted no issues with the city for materials that weren't mine, didn't have a permit for, and I never asked for involvement in their construction project. The CEO and VP tried to say 'there was a misunderstanding', but there can't be when you don't have permission on someone else's property in the first place, trespassing. They did sign the agreement at the 11th hour, did pay the rent albeit late, tried to correct the sod damage but continued to run over it with heavy trucks at the corner, but these issues others might not want to be involved with. I didn't.
