She said in a way that we thought, ok let's keep our cool because she will screw us over. After almost 2 hours of waiting, we had an issue with the snow chains, they should have been for free which was also mentioned on the contract, but we had to pay 49.50 for them, she also wanted us to pay for 24-assistance, but we refused. Finally, we had the contract, then you have to walk quite a bit. We finally found somebody walking around, he could not find our car. Then we had to ask twice about the snow chains. The car was very dirty especially the outside. We complained and Sbc would fully investigate and lit. wrote that snow chains are mandatory thus delivered for free (or included in the rental price) in that period unless you specifically unchecked the snow chain- box. In our case, it was clearly checked, mentioned on the contract and that it was for free. If they police checks you and you do not have them you get a big fine! So we took them.
