Hide her in the back and don't let her anywhere near the phones! She was so snooty and short with me and also LIED on me. She is at the West Bloomfield location but I hope not for long. YIKES! People are calling there anxious and nervous sometimes and it's not her job to make them feel WORSE! I was put through the wringer for asking about my retainers not being shipped out. There was no need for her to be as nasty as she was.

There's one receptionist in there that is rude and makes it uncomfortable to call and ask any questions! Definitely not how I expected to be treated after spending a bunch of money with them to get our teeth straight. It's unfortunate but I won't refer anyone else there. After 3 years, I needed to go back for new retainers and they've acted like I'm such a bother! I've asked a few more questions then just accepting the retainers because the retainers DONT Feel right!! My regular dentist also thought my teeth were shifting already! So as you're in the middle of your tooth procedure, mouth awkwardly wide open, you're thinking someone has this on tape. Although, I can see why they opted to install high tech equipment in doctors' offices, perhaps to avoid any patient false accusations against their place of business. Also, I didn't want to spend extra $, treatment estimate, to help offset the cost of those nice beverages, cameras, and unnecessary services. I just want teeth treated @ a professional and clean dentist office, that's all. I should mention the place was really nice, clean, and the doctor I had a consultation with was pretty funny. :)
