We have noticed Siam 65 trending so we decided to give it a try. We made a reservation for 8. They seemed excited about it. We got there and the table was ready for us. They immediately attended to us while the rest of the tables were filled. We browse the menu and they offer various dishes from curry, noodle, crispy stuff, soup among others. Overall, very good experience. Service was great! Awesome food! Generous amount of food. Really happy with everything. Great people work here. They care and made sure we were happy. Pricing of food did not include the protein so it will added to the total bill depending which one you choose. Understandable! Nicely decorated restaurant. Clean and several tables fill the space. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.

Fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls (all vegetarian)

What a wonderful find while in Lynnwood! I loved this Thai restaurant, definitely a no frills atmosphere, but the food was delicious, and the service was kind and efficient (what more could you ask for?). I got the tom kha with fried tofu which was so delicious. My dad got the chicken fried rice, he said the chicken was a little off so he didn't eat that, otherwise was a delicious meal! As our appetizers we got the fresh spring rolls with tofu and the fried spring rolls (which were a highlight). I definitely recommend this restaurant!

First time to dine at this 4 yr old restaurant. We were surprised this restaurant has been out of our radar. But last night, we dined here with a group of 8. Having a large group gets us to try a lot of their dishes. I had the Pad See Ew with beef, which is my test for a good Thai restaurant. And it delivers. The taste was a perfect balance of saltiness and sweetness, with a hint of smokiness from a seasoned wok. One had the pork belly which was crispy on the outside and moist inside. The duck curry was beautifully plated and tasted awesome. The duck noodle soup was juicy, topped with crunchy bits of garlic. The curries were simple, but aromatic and flavorful. The portion sizes are ample and a great value for the price point. Desserts are good, with a large scoop for their coconut ice cream. The only slight miss I think, is the sampler appetizer platter. I didn't enjoy some of the items, like the gyoza, dumplings and even the egg rolls. I suggest go straight to the entrees. The space has maybe about 12-15 tables, nicely spaced out. Decor is simple and functional. The kitchen can be seen partially, but the sound of woks on open fire create a nice, busy and street food vibe to the place. Service is very warm & friendly. Restaurant is flexible for split checks and they take reservations. There's ample parking outside. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

The service was fantastic! The food was flavorful and from the outside the place doesnt look like much but the inside makes up for it. I really enjoyed my pad see ew and had a side of peanut sauce.

Papaya salad (Lao style)

Siam 65 Cafe really surprised me in the best way. The papaya salad and larb were easily the best I've had in the city--super fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. I could come back just for those two alone. I tried the sampler too. It was fine, but the egg rolls didn't really do it for me. They tasted more on the premade side instead of that fresh, hand-rolled flavor. Not terrible, just not my favorite. The vibe of the place is really nice though--modern, clean, and a little more polished than your usual Thai spot. Service was friendly and on point, which made the whole experience better. Overall, solid spot. A couple of small misses, but the highlights were so good I'd definitely come back again.

This is a must try restaurant. The foods are always good. Never disappointing. The papaya salad is highly recommended. The sauce that they use you cannot find anywhere other than traveling to Thailand. Panang curry is a must try as well. We also had duck panang curry before too, was really good. The service are fast. The owners are very friendly. The ambiance is kinda a little bit off of regular Thai restaurant, but the seatings are very comfy. I like how the restaurant plays christmas music now. Will definitely come back frequently.

Found this Thai restaurant on instagram and decided to give it a try. Nicely decorated. Friendly server. He was very nice and helpful with the food suggestions. The food was really good and tasty. The price is reasonable. Would highly recommend!

Pineapple chicken

Hidden gem tucked into an odd strip mall. The strawberry green tea is amazing and so refreshing! We ordered the pineapple fried rice chicken, pad cashew chicken, and spring rolls. The pad cashew chicken sauce had a hint of sweetness which balanced out the mild spices. The pineapple chicken was not only eye catching but so dang amazing! Sweet heat! It's worth the drive! Overlook the odd location and enjoy the food!

I think I found my Thai comfort food in the area. Fresh ingredients, tasty selections of street food, and friendly services.

Good food, not so good to go with kids though, or maybe the staff that night wasn't very patient.

Beef stew noodles (5 star) came with a huge bowl with 12-15 big slices of tender beef, a lot of excellent noodes and the beef stew broth were so delicious and that I drank all the broth. The dumplings 15 big pieces was one of the best dumplings we ever had, very yummy, tasty and delicious (5 star). Cucumber pickles was below average 2 star. Friendly service 4 star. Small clean restaurant 4 star. I came back by myself 2nd time in May and had a beef stew noodles soup and it was still excellent, delicious 5 star. It is their specialty and they do it well, from the skin to the fillings. In my opinion, they are much better than dough zone. However, their pot stickers, steamed, and boiled ones, are all the same type, so be aware not to order too many dumplings, mix in some noodle or pancakes dishes to avoid one note. My only complaint to the menu is they don't offer much wide veggie dishes. The only thing is the cucumber salad, which is only a ok dish.

We enjoyed the crispy tofu, birria bao and the kalua carnitas tacos. I also ordered the yellowtail tiradito from the main menu, which was a nice melding of flavors with the truffle ponzu and yuzu aioli. They have great customer service, servers who provide great recommendations and delicious food. Reservations are recommended. The place fills up. They just opened another location at the Seattle Art Museum. I look forward to visiting that soon.

Which is a little different from their online menu, and we were a little disappointed. We really wanted to try the yellowtail dish that we saw on their website but they unfortunately didn't have it on their menu. We asked if they could make it since there was a similar dish on their restaurant week menu. The server was very nice and tried his best to have the chef make it but they had already put the ingredients away. I ordered the Asian pear sake , it was delicious. Not too sweet. We also ordered four agua chili oysters and the salt and pepper calamari as appetizers. We found the lime citrus in the oysters to overpower the oyster. But the calamari were scrumptious. We appreciated that they use the small squid that can be found in the local waters. I ordered the pork belly rice bowl and my partner ordered the burger. The pork belly bowl didn't quite hit the spot as I thought it would. It's almost like it needed salt and the pork belly needed to be grilled to have a little crisp. It was okay. The burger was good, he didn't quite care for shoestring fries and the nori flakes didn't provide much additional flavor for the fries. Overall the calamari was good and the sake was good.
