I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

The driver immediately rudely questioned me about why I wasn't taking the hotel shuttle. It was 12:15 am and I didn't want to wait on the shuttle - I thought we have choices on transportation. When we pulled up behind the shuttle about a block away from the hotel he pointed to it and said "See...there is the shuttle" and was very rude to me the entire ride. I tipped him $10 at the end because I felt bad that he had a short ride ($15.00) when obviously he wanted a longer fare. I should not have rewarded his behavior. I think this company should help this young man find something else to do work wise because he is hurting your business. I wish I had gotten a cab number and his name. This rudeness is why Uber and Lyft are catching on in cities. I will not EVER use this cab service again when I am in Indy- rudeness does nothing to help make a visitor to your great city feel welcome.
