So many great fillings to get, including the classic cannoli stuffing. The s'more cannoli filling is my new favorite!!! Leave it to Chef Joey to have the best cannolis in town!!!! We've worked our way through what feels like almost the entire dessert case over the years, and I can honestly say I've yet to find something I didn't love. Every pastry is beautifully crafted, incredibly fresh, and tastes like it was made with so much care. This visit was all about the cannoli, and let me just say... craving officially satisfied! The shell had that perfect crisp snap, while the filling was silky, rich, and just the right amount of sweet. It was everything I had been dreaming about and then some. Walking into The Sicilian Baker always feels like stepping into a little slice of Italy. Between the gorgeous display of desserts and the irresistible aroma of fresh pastries, it's nearly impossible to leave with just one treat (don't say I didn't warn you! ). Whether you're stopping in for a post-dinner dessert, celebrating something special, or simply giving in to a sweet tooth like I did, this place is absolutely worth the visit. Every dessert we've tried has been phenomenal, and this cannoli was another delicious reminder of why we keep coming back. Sweet craving? Check. Happiness? Double check.

I went before deciding that the cheese twist is one of my favorite pastries to get there - salty, cheesy goodness - so that's not included in the photo but I definitely recommend that one for people that enjoy the flavor profile. First time trying a dubai chocolate dessert here - it was tasty but I'm not sure it was worth the $6, nothing groundbreaking about it. I accidentally got the almond pastry because it looks almost identical to the cheese one I wanted, but it was still good. Pastry franks are nice options for if you want something savory, buttery, and garlicky but be warned that it is also a little sweet.

Honestly, the croissants and flaky pastries are very rich and delicious. I like the low pressure…read morewander around to see everything then get your own tray and tongs to choose what you want, then head to register. Employees are very friendly and helpful. My one large issue is that there are no refills for simple iced tea! This is Arizona, people. And if I'm spending over $4 for a small iced tea, which probably cost this company under twenty cents to make- include a top off. Simple customer happiness factor. Maybe tie it to a rewards account or whatever coffee shops do, fine. But asking me to pay for a whole second drink? Ridiculous.
