The tech that came was combative, had a horrible attitude, and made no effort to address my core concern solely on the basis that I'm not the owner of the property. He got there before me and was unforgivingly rude to my wife. He will not be allowed to return. I can't recommend this company, not necessarily because of their work quality, which appears average though my filter area is really janky, but because their customer service is just poor.
