The mac n cheese was great, but serving sizes for the sides were a bit small (I ate 4 'serves' of mac n cheese and could easily have eaten more). The potato tots were salty and crispy and tasted great with the blue cheese dipping sauce. I absolutely hate blue cheese, but this sauce was great. The only disappointment for me was the beef brisket. It tasted nice but hadn't been cooked long enough so the fat hadn't broken down properly. Not a huge deal though as I was happy to keep going back to that delicious pulled pork. The staff were really great and the store itself had a really good vibe. If you're thinking of going I have two pieces of advice for you: 1. Book a table! They are really busy so you'll probably miss out if you don't book 2. Go as soon as they open! They only cook a certain amount of each item and sell out quite regularly. My husband went there once at 7pm and they'd already sold out of the beef brisket (they have a count on the wall that tells you how many of each are still available that night).

The tacos come of soft, gluten free, corn tortillas and which are lovely in themselves. Then the fillings. Free range chicken, so many delicious onion tricks, seasoned avocado, refried beans, crispy potatoes (I'm listing things that are found in two varieties but all were equally delicious). Perfect for coeliacs, all of the fillings are GF so 0% chance of cross-contamination. They have a vegan/vegetarian option too! You can add fresh lime, hot sauce, cactus paddles (so good!) to your tacos and they were so nice. Fresh, flavour-filled and interesting. Next time I see them I will be visiting again.

(both $9) In a word? YUM-AZING. To top it off, they have *cherry* Dr. Pepper in the fridge. These guys literally cannot get any damn better! The truck shows up in various spots around the CBD for lunchtime, so check their FB page for where they're going to be on a given day. They usually announce it the night before, along with the menu items they'll be serving.

It was the vibe of the thing, it was Mabo, it was trucking brilliant. Never have I seen so many high quality food vans in the one location all with line ups of Adelaidians waiting for some grub or a thirst quencher. From Raw Thirst to Burger Theory, La Cantina to Fair Espresso, Four Seeds and TacoCat and boys on bikes Smoothie Revolution and Veggie Velo there was something for everyone at this event and probably why half of Adelaide was in attendance. Tips to make the most of being forked? - Get there early or late (lines were long from 12:30pm-2:30pm) - If you don't like lines, shut the truck up and wait your turn. Fork is awesome. - Pace yourself and get a tasting of more than one thing - Enjoy lounging about in deck chairs or BYO picnic rug and make an arvo of it. He isn't shy about getting them out for the public to enjoy either. He also loves to experiment (as do I). Mr Darcy loves inventing new flavours and toppings for his balls. Recent additions include the BallPit, with 3 pork balls squashed inside a fresh white roll with chorizo sauce and guac for $10, or the $8 Veggie with sweet potato and goats cheese topped with beetroot sauce and a mint & pea dressing. That's ball droppingly good value. I never knew I could say "ball" so many times in a review or during a food order, but as David (food truck owner) says "you can't say it without smiling." You will have a ball, or three, and then wonder how you're going to get more balls in the future. Don't worry though, Mr Darcy has you sorted.

This was the first time I had actually tried their food and I was not disappointed! Our guests really enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend these guys!
