Neighborhood Parcel shredding service was on time, their staff was very professional and did everything they were supposed to do including an accurate invoice and timely Certificate Of Destruction. I later discovered that they were very involved in the Lowell Community and sponsor Lazarus House and Boys and Girls Clubs, so I am proud to send them my five stars to encourage them to keep their ways and complement their service. That's 2 1/2 days to get on print from pdf, after going on a treasure hunt to find where it was. Note that the Woburn location is a 30 minute one-way drive (without 128 traffic). Communication was as horrible as it was confusing, and waiting 2-3 days for one print is ridiculous. Too bad Amazon doesn't do printing, they would have it to me the same day.

Here's the thing about old documents,like maybe some of you out there, I still had a lot left going back some 16 to 17 years. Now like a lot of people out there I have a shredder. Let's be honest though,how many of us (10 pages at a time) will actually shred such a big amount in a relatively short time? Raise your hand. (Pause). Yeah me neither. This is where neighborhood parcel comes into the picture. They are quick and efficient. If you take the drive up there my advice is to look for parking space 999( no not even making this up) as that is right in front of the building. They remembered me from a few years ago (hey I had a ton of old papers then). They are friendly as well and weigh each loose bag by the pound. Ironically I filled out and had them mail out the notarized certificate of document destruction. They will also email it to you only if you prefer. I can't tell you how much time they saved me (as I am getting to that stage in life of weighing time vs. money vs. the fact I won't do it all myself in this case). The relief of knowing that these old documents I was never going to look at again were all gone is priceless. She lacked basic professionalism and customer service skills, and repeatedly screened my calls when I tried to speak with the manager. I was told multiple times that the manager was not in and would call me back, but he never did. When I first spoke with the manager, he sounded confident and repeatedly assured me that everything I asked for could be done. Unfortunately, it became clear afterward that he was simply yes-ing me to death. The job ultimately fell far short of what was promised. The vehicle wrap itself is poorly done. There are visible imperfections where areas were not wrapped properly. The interior sections are already peeling, and the area around the third brake light is peeling as well, something that should never happen with a quality wrap, especially given the amount of money I paid upfront. After several failed attempts to resolve these issues and numerous calls to the manager, I finally gave up trying to reach anyone who would take responsibility. I spent a significant amount of money, but did not receive the quality of work or level of service promised. I will be uploading photos to show the condition of the wrap. Beware of this business based on my experience; they do not stand behind their work or their customers.
