It seems chicken-based ramen is the usual in Munich. A bit different than the standard chashu pork one would find elsewhere. Also tonkotsu seems rare here, mostly shio or shoyu or maybe miso. Nevertheless the chicken was excellent so no complaints. The staff did mention that the other Takumi restaurant close by does serve chashu. Also there are limited ones (30 a day?) with tonkotsu broth but I came in too late. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic ramen to mix things up while in Munich!
