They were able to seat us without a reservation, which is always a plus. A girl came over to take our order and asked to see our ID's. We gave them to her, she said she would go get the drinks. However, she went to who I assume was the manager and sent him over to look at ID's again. He said he can not serve us since my boyfriends "ID expires today". It was his birthday. He just moved halfway across the country to be with me (2+ years long distance). I asked "okay, it expires today - so good through midnight?" and they said no. We ended up just leaving. We've been here before and everything is usually good. I understand the law is the law - but do have gone 3 other places downtown without an issue and to be met with the curtness we were, I can't say it was a good experience this time. They were willing to work on my older unit to keep it running when most other companies just tried to force me to replace. Unfortunately, the unit finally died a few weeks ago and I needed to replace. Franklin came out really fast to give me a quote. I had received a quote from another company that was DOUBLE what Franklin quoted. Franklin also really explained everything that would need to be done and had transparent pricing. They were communicative and came back within two days to install my new unit. The team that came out went above and beyond to make sure the install was done well. They even helped me install a part that was missing on the unit that caused a really bad leak from my AC a few years ago. They installed a new thermostat and helped me check for any rebates. Honestly they went above and beyond what I was expecting. They charged me exactly what was quoted and had great payment plan options. Every person I've been in contact with has been friendly and efficient. I'm so happy with their service. They made a big home repair feel easy and stress free. Highly recommend.
