So we got one bid done by Brandon a week later he called to change bid. We said ok and told him to…read morecome start the work and we got the deposit to pay him. He started the job. Wasn't here consistently and took about a month to finish the job that he said was going to take a week. (Which really isn't a big deal to us as long as it gets done) He kept coming up to the house to get more checks even though the job wasn't done. Kept complaining about losing money on the job. I'm sorry you bid the job and This is your business. Shouldn't you know what to bid a job for? The last straw was the gate. Him and some girl were out working on it and told me they needed more money. I said you need to talk to my husband. He talked to my husband and he said you'll get the last of the money when the gate is done. He claimed he would stay that evening till it was done and finish it and about 30 min later they left with it not done. He came back about a week later to finish it. But he didn't really finish. We still have yet to get our key pad and exit loop that was in the bid. So frustrating to have paid someone for a job and it not be done. I've contacted him several times to get it finished. He had initially claimed he needed to do one other job before he completed our house. Well it's been about 4 months and it's not done. Tried to go local and trust someone. Made a big mistake.

Review Update (2026)…read more I am updating my original 5-star review from a few years ago. At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.
