I didn't realize until last week that they had a brick and mortar store. They made a post about some items for the Magic City Classic being available for pickup in store. I hopped in my car and drove right over. When I arrived, I was greeted and helped. After talking with one of the employees and her showing me some options, I was able to have two items (a polo and cardigan) created same day. The quality was amazing and for a same day turnaround, the pricing was fair. I paid $121 for my items. They have a variety of designs so if you need something custom for a high school, HBCU, fraternity/sorority and more, check them out!

They were very flexible and let…read moreme bring in my own specific paper that I wanted and even sent me a quick picture proof of the first print to make sure I liked it and that the QR code worked. I just did digital printing, but I know they offer several other services. Prices were good, and I'd much rather support a locally owned business than Staples or whatever. I chatted with them about doing some custom hats or something else, and they told me they could source the hats wholesale for me! Paying was so easy, they just emailed me an invoice. Love it!

i have used this business for alterations many times, and have always been impressed. today i…read morecalled and i was so sweet and said what i needed for alterations and the lady i spoke with goes "we don't do that anymore" i was like "wait what? what do you mean?" she goes "we don't do alterations anymore" i said "um so what do y'all do?" she said "we don't do alterations anymore" i said "but are y'all in business i'm confused on what y'all DO do?" and she said "not alterations" she was so short with me and dismissive and sounded irritated that i even asked for alterations and i found that to be incredibly rude. would not recommend using her.

And I informed her that I had a college degree and was not going to prom. 2. They had my dress for 3 weeks. 3. They never called to tell me my dress was ready like they said they would. 4. When I went to pick it up and tried it on, the straps weren't taken up enough, but with it being the week of the wedding, I have to deal with it. 5. She initially wanted to charge me $100!!! There was never an estimate given, and she said that was my fault because I never asked how much it would cost. 6. I ended up paying $80. This place is a rip off, and instead of owning up to anything, the woman blamed me for not asking for an estimate. This was a very expensive learning experience for me, and I will never go back to this place.

We stopped in a little bit after the store was closed, but she was gracious enough to let us come in and get the dress fitted to size. Chau called me the day before the said due date to let us know that the dress was ready to be picked up and she was so sweet and East to work with.
