So this was my Google review that somehow no one can see: We bought a bunny January 17, 2025 we…read morebought her everything she needed and more. She had plenty of room to play and be a bunny. She seemed to be perfectly fine last night at bed, but this morning she was dead in her cage!!!! After just 8 days. I reached out to Petland and spoke to Zach. He is the manager there that was there when we had purchased our bunny. He asked me to bring the bunny up when I got there. I had to call some 877 number. Tell them what had happened let them know. We just want a replacement bunny. I had my receipt and everything. I was then asked if I had a warranty I was never told of a warranty not one time while purchasing this rabbit and the Manager Zach knew that I wasn't offered one, he had no issues swapping out the bunny, but resolution told the store they couldn't do it because I didn't have a warranty, even though it was their fault I didn't have a warranty cause I didn't know one existed so not only did they sell me a sick rabbit that I only had for eight days but they did nothing to compensate me and my kids for our rabbit only living eight damn days!!!!!! My autistic son found the bunny dead an Zach helped me cheer him up he originally didn't see a issue swapping out the bunny but his hands were tied. All of it could have been avoided had they went over the warranty part with me and my kids I wld have gotten it and all, but even tho they didn't do their job I got screwed out of the money I spent for a bunny that died 8 days later Petland dont care about their customers or the pets they sell to them it seems to me they only care about rushing the transaction because had it not felt rushed we could have not gone thru the shit we been thru. Zach the manager is amazing and I know for a fact he would have done the right thing but the company did not allow him to. *****reply to the response below my review since you can't reply I will add to this***** I was told several different things at this point. I was told the vet was coming today and we would have answers by this evening and still nothing. I don't see how me not having a warranty holds any weight if it was not offered to me for one and for two it is truly a shame that the people that work in the store have to take the brunt of the crap because as customers can not get real answers or be compensated correctly and we have to go thru some 877 number instead of a face to face interaction when in only 8 days their pet dies! I have raised rabbits since I was a kid and never have we had one pass in 8 days, she wasn't eating much when we brought her home she seemed ok the night before the next day she was gone I had my receipt you can clearly see I bought everything the store suggested for her then went and bought even more stuff else where was doing all the things they suggested to do but she died in 8 days. I have to deal with the emotional trauma that my special needs son is going thru finding her dead and the financial burden of being out of the money for her but guess that don't matter right? Everyone tells me something different when I call, and it's a bigger run around each call. Oh and as for the vet exam even if they find something seeing the reviews I wish I wld have looked at prior to purchasing her it seems to me they are not gonna be completely honest seeing how they are handling me and my family already. When I asked for the vet report on her they said that the bunnies don't get vetted so riddle me this why not inform customers of that before purchase? Because they won't purchase right? In the state of Missouri you are suppose to have all animals vetted. This experience has traumatized my children and I wish I wld have seen the reviews before I purchased because I wldnt have because the bad reviews alone speak for themselves. So until this is made right I am leaving reviews on all platforms on our experience to educate others on how me and my family was handled. Shortly after I posted the review they reached out to me Said the bunny died from natural causes, and said I was banned for slander in the reviews even tho it's not slander it actually happened and the new bunny we got from there has a warranty on her I made sure to get one, so how does that work? Below are the pics of the first bunny we got from there I wish I would have took her to a vet before we turned her body over to them. The video below is the bunny that passed just 8 days after we got her

We bought a Saint Bernard August of 2024. Talked them down to 3,200 for him. We did all of the…read moresteps we were told to ensure if anything happened to him health wise we would be covered or taken care of. Please check when you buy them they are health tested. Our puppy is 9months old wasn't tested for anything. He now has one of the worst cases of hip dysplasia my vet has seen and they are appalled it's in a puppy so young. We caught this at 5.5 months old. Our puppy can't run play or do anything a normal puppy can, he chooses to lay in his kennel all day (open of course) we submitted a claim over 3 weeks ago and gave them all info they needed within 30 minutes. They asked for vet access and were given that the very next morning. We are just being told they are reviewing our case. They are wait for the sellers to give the owners the "money we paid for our Saint Bernard" before they follow through. As of now if they sellers don't pay the owners of this location won't be honoring the contract and we will be getting legal counsel involved. I don't recommend getting a puppy here. You never talk to the owners nor are shown any type of empathy over a puppy they should've ensured was healthy. This isn't our first purchase with them either. We were guaranteed an answer within 2-4 weeks now they are going around the bush about what will even be honored. ( hip dysplasia is 1000% avoidable if proper health tested. It is something that can only happen through genetics.) we didn't even own our puppy a month before he started showing signs. We got his official diagnosis November 2024 and now we're looking at a 10k plus surgery he isn't approved for until he's 2 for just one side and he needs a double hip replacement. all we can do is keep him on meds to be "comfortable" which he still isn't. This puppy can barely walk he falls down steps (2 steps) he can barely get up on his own and his back legs are completely useless. He can't bare any weight on them or he collapses. Not to mention screams and cries in pain all day. Let's not forget to mention his humped back ( he has spinal issues as well) he has all of his boosters went to the vet in the time frame we were given when day of purchase.

When I needed to find a new care giver I was concerned since she had been at the humane society twice, so I wanted the best environment I could find for her. Williamsburg was one place recommended to me. When I visited, I felt very good about the facility and people. The facility was very clean, well organized and staffed. Everyone seemed genuinely interested in the animals under their care. My dog certainly seemed to enjoy her stays (and for a time she was there more than she was at home). She came to know the staff and was always happy to see them. The staff knew her and always treated her so nicely. She was always happy to arrive and just as happy when I came home. While I no longer travel as much, Williamsburg remains the place I trust to take care of my dog. She always seems happy to see the staff and I've been very happy with the service I have received.

I took my Great Pyrenees in for a summer trim, but the outcome was not what I requested…read more Instead of a trim, her coat was shaved very short. The cut is uneven, particularly around her face, which appears choppy and not well blended. Her paws were also not cleaned up to the standard I expected. The areas of greatest concern are her armpit and belly, which were shaved extremely close. Her skin appeared irritated afterward, and there is a small area on her belly that looks consistent with a minor nick from the blade. I spoke with management to address these concerns and am currently requesting a refund based on the result and condition of the grooming. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided. If you have a long-haired or double-coated breed, I recommend clearly confirming grooming expectations in advance.
