I went inside to ask the clerk to clear the screen. I called out several times but no one answered. I went back out and tried again but the screen still showed the previous sale. I went back in again and after calling out again loudly, a young man came out from the back and asked how much gas I wanted. I told him I wanted to use my credit card at the pump and that he needed to clear the screen. He did not seem to understand and so I left and filled up at the Mobil station a few blocks away. A couple of years ago, I used my debit card there and it was compromised, so I had to get a new one. Now I only use a credit card when I make purchases anywhere.

The staff here is pretty friendly. Always at the counter when you need them and more than willing to help you out. They have a handful of people that work there. All of them seem pretty nice! Plus the station is kept pretty clean. (Bathroom and all) The gas prices here are pretty standard too. It changes daily and they seem to keep up with the lower prices. I like Shell gasoline as well. So its a win/win for me! The gas station prices are pretty nice too. They offer everything from soda to beer for drinks. If your looking for a small snack they offer that too! Plus like I said before I am a regular here for the coffee. All of it is pretty fairly priced. The subway on the other hand I have not really been too. I tend to stick to the one in Essex if I go to Subway. I will review this at a later date if I ever eat there. (Not saying its bad I just like Essex as my lunch stop spot for when I crave a Subway sub!) Over all it offers what you would expect from a gas station. Great service and in a good location. They're often rude, not acknowledging customers and/or taking several minutes to prioritize other tasks while customers are waiting: today there was a line of about 10 people and they didn't seem to be in any rush. The girl with dyed red hair who works there was not wearing a mask when she slid past me in a very small aisle and was so close that her leg touched mine. They don't sanitize anything, and don't enforce customers to wear masks either. I'm surprised they've gone over a year without following any of the state-mandated guidelines and rules without getting reported.

I called about a week later to see if the snow tires I had ordered had arrived and they had, so we set up an appointment. The day of the appointment, they promptly put them on the vehicle and then let me know to come back for a free lug nut tightening after 100 miles. I left and the tire pressure sensor went off, so they checked them for me again immediately. They said it might be an issue with my regular tires in the vehicle and to come back if it continued. It did continue, so I came back another time and they were able to refill the one tire. I came back another for the lug nut tightening. No charge either time, of course. I've also had an oil change done here. It's pricey, but I think oil changes have gone up everywhere. All-in-all, good service.
