Needless to say, she had an episode over the equivalent size of two pieces of paper going in the trash can, and I did not get gas there, nor will I ever return. I am SO sorry that you have to physically service the trash can that you made available to your customers to use.

Dot's Market is the convenience store around the corner from the house where I spend the first 6 years of my life, and probably the initial cause of my sugar addiction. The eponymous Dot was a sweet old lady who knew me by name and kept all my favorite treats stocked. It has since been sold and I imagine that Dot is no longer with us, but I get a little nostalgic whenever I am back in Burlington and driving through my old hood.

I thought to myself, if I had to use the washroom (which, thankfully, I didn't, I wouldn't hesitate about asking to use the bathroom here. Note that I usually avoid gas station bathrooms LIKE THE PLAGUE. But here, the store was so clean and orderly, I'd use the washroom in a heartbeat if needed).
