The Beach Pit cafe has been around since long before the revamp, but has grown and modernised of its own accord more recently. Made of two sections, the larger cafe area and the takeaway section, the entirety of the premises are clean and bright. The staff in both parts are friendly and useful, most of which seem to be in their early 20s. In summer the takeaway area is packed with beach-goers getting a quick drink and locals collecting pizzas. The cafe area is your typical cafe, with a convenient layout and plenty of tables inside and outside.
