He could barely get the explanation out before the 'receptionist' cut him off saying too much time had passed for them to do anything and then hung up on him in the middle of a sentence. I cannot BELIEVE this level of rudeness from someone who is supposed to be helping people. Again, no reflection on Dr Garg himself, but if he does not want to lose further patients he would be well advised to replace staff with those who actually give a crap. [in fact the person didn't even answer with any identifier, just "Hello?", I thought maybe my dad dialed the wrong number, but again this person was unbelievably rude and has no place in a doctor's office]

You should be ashamed of yourself for how you treat people with disabilities. You can also add to that that the staff was extremely rude and even in communicating with me when I was asking for directions on which room to go to they are rude and don't care about anybody.

This is after Walmart had faxEd them three times to try to get my prescriptions filed and the office did not respond to Walmart either: I have been a patient for years and the doctors are great I don't know what problem they are having with the office but they need to get it fixed before they don't have a practice anymore.
