From the 7 or 8 employees I have met all are super nice except for the one with the dragon tattoo and the doctor. The Doctor is rude and does not like questions. I was made to feel that I AM IMPORTANT!! You don't get that from many doctor offices any more. Thank you so very much Dr. Kamran! You and your office workers are almost too good to be true!! He is one of the few doctors my son feels comfortable with. He treats his patients like friends and family. In a recent appointment, my son was worried that he had not lost weight. He has a medication that keeps weight on and he is currently about 100 lbs too heavy. His past visits..my son would show that he'd put on 1 or 2 more pounds. But this last visit..he gained none. Dr Gustin gave him big praise saying that he's headed in the right direction. And that if he keeps going on the same path, he will probably find his weight improving. My son walked out of there with a big smile on his face and renewed faith in eating right and exercising. Now his goal is to keep Dr Gutsin smiling. I really appreciate that Dr Gutsin cares about his emotional state as well as his physical state. He looks out for his patients.

I have Tricare medical insurance and was given a referral to Dr. Mark Pasquarette. I can't comment…read moreon what kind of doctor he is because I never saw him. His office staff was so hard to work with I finally gave up. I had received a message from the office saying to call them back to make an appointment. When I called back I was told they didn't have a referral for me so I was not allowed to make an appointment. I explained that they should have a referral for me since they were the ones who called me initially (I even gave them the date and time the message was left). The woman was rude and argumentative. She told me I'd have to deal with Tricare myself and get Tricare to send them a referral (which they had already done). I did call Tricare, who said they had sent the referral. I already have a full-time job; I don't need to do the work of Dr. Pasquarette's office staff. It shouldn't be this hard just to get an appointment. I decided to go somewhere else where it would be less of a headache.

I have found that rather than try to just treat symptoms as i present them on different visits, he tries to step back and see if there is a pattern or relationship to my complaints. I have recommended him to all of my friends.

After four years of suffering I finally challenged Dr. Sam and told him I thought it was a skin mite problem and he promptly diagnosed me with imagining bugs !Now it is permanently in my medical records and so forever tainted the way that the entire Medical community deals with me . I cannot get adequate treatment because of this misdiagnosis! Is it coincidental that when Dr. Sam did that to me, he had very recently lost his license to write class three prescriptions?
