Thinking it would harden with more time, I didn't contact the company. They only warrant their work for 1 year. I had not noticed their short warranty timeline. It was after a year I notified them about the grout. They came out and replaced the grout that had lifted. Grout was still soft as if too much water was used with the material. Last October I noticed quite a few pavers were loose. I notified them and they repaired that issue. Contacted a couple of weeks ago to let them know still having issues with grout. They offered to repair but at a cost of $3540.00!! Will be having someone else do repairs as I feel price is ridiculous since this should not have happened within 2 years and pretty much from the get go. They may be good on concrete jobs but definitely would not recommend on pavers. Had Chaparral lay 702 sq ft of pavers in backyard 7 years ago without any issues.

Fausto Zamora of SRL, gave me a quote almost half of what the original installer quoted and included the repair of the leak. Original installer stated the leak repair would be in addition to the turf repair. Fausto repaired the leak and put the turf back into place in one day and it looked good as new.
