He had the crew show up to my job, load truck, and then go get gas...charging me $234 per hour to do so. He sent 4 VERY young movers to my job and there was no leadership. The boys were very nice but they had no business moving people without a seasoned mover who could provide leadership and direction. They dropped my dresser and put a hole in the wall. Shattered the dresser completely destroyed. At one point I walked up to the condo and found the sofa stuck between the door jam. I said "pop the hinges of the front door and you can get it in there". Seriously....4 guys with very little experience. Most of the time the leader was on the phone with his boss....which then created a situation of everyone stopping work. At one point they were in the parking lot...one guy holding a box and the leader stopped to take a phone call. The other guy just stood by him until I said, "why don't you take that box upstairs while he finishes his phone call". CRAZY. A $800 move ended up costing me over $2000 because they are not experienced movers. This was a move with: VERY heavy dresser, sleeper sofa, a second sofa, night stand, 4 boxes, a rug, a boxed mattress, and a canopy bed frame that was already broken down and wrapped up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL BE VERY VERY VERY SORRY.
