The fencing would be moved closer to my yard after stone walls were put up... and you can see the complexity here... so I decided to go with them after meeting Chris. First of all, Chris is really down to earth, I trusted him immediately. He also likes to text (my preferred method of communication) and he also followed up with emails. He was super responsive and when we went back and forth a few times, he did not show any impatience. He offered options and suggestions, and when I asked for a recommendation he would pick an option and tell me why. I loved that. His crew is amazing. When they are here to work, they WORK. The complete cleanup of our year, the building of our wall, the filling in with gravel and topping off with stone, the laying in of the cobbles, the creation of an overflow for our sump in the front lawn, etc... could not be happier! They were quick, efficient, and did quality work. He didn't spring any surprises on you, he was on site daily, and made time for me when I had questions. They are a joy to work with and I recommend them to the WORLD! I feel that their prices were very reasonable and Chris was very transparent about the cost of materials. So I could do a quick calculation in my head, and I know that the pricing was fair. If you need any kind of work done, run to the phone or computer and call or email him! You won't got wrong!!

All 3 of the others were more hasty, nodding their heads, taking measurements, and leaving me feeling like they didn't fully listen/embrace the project. I felt a sense of trust with Cesar. Fast forward to the end of the project and he and his team did the most amazing job. Detail oriented, checking in with me regularly to make sure things were meeting my expectations. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough! Already planning the next project.

Our yard had become mostly dirt and patchy grass, with no practical way to keep it watered. We were also having Neighborhood Landscaping prepare and seed the yard, and Fred worked directly with their owner, Jeff, to coordinate the timing. He explained the process to us and handled the details with Jeff, which made everything easy on our end. This was not an easy installation. Our yard sits several flights of stairs above the street, and the crew had to dig trenches by hand and navigate piping around difficult walls and landscaping. They showed up on time, worked hard, and were incredibly nice throughout. Nobody complained about the access or the conditions, and they made sure all our questions about the new system were answered before leaving. The seed is now in, the sprinklers are running, and we're finally looking forward to having grass again. We really appreciated the care they took and how well they worked with Neighborhood Landscaping. Highly recommend Fred and his team.

He assessed the problem and was very straight forward about how minor it was to fix, asking if there was anything else about the sprinkler system he could help me with so I'd get more bang for my buck on the hourly labor fee. I appreciated that he didn't just show up and take advantage of the situation, which he could have done, and my previous irrigation company would have done. I'll be using Fabio and Boston Irrigation going forward. Thanks for the help!!

First of all, Dave is just a great guy, super nice and knowledgeable, and professional. Really impressed with his approach to me as a customer, as I had a lot of questions. Second he came up with a plan to make the lawn nice that had a very reasonable price and we went with it. Basically a total lawn reboot, soil amendment, sprinklers and reseeding last fall. This year literally everyone of my neighbors has commented on the lawn and all my friends that come over as well. Clean Sweep is doing all the work besides the mowing. Where their was crabgrass and spurge and dandy lions there is now super thick grass. I couldn't be happier and all the work and the sprinkler system was so reasonably priced. At first when I told my wife I wanted to spend the money to get the front lawn done she was skeptical. But all spring she has been saying "why didn't we do this years ago".
