We have utilized Shore Lock Homes twice. (I just love their name) They changed the locks on our new home and did a great job for a reasonable cost. A few days ago, my only car key stopped working and they came out and made me some new keys the next day. I was so impressed and grateful. read more

I was told you guys would be here within 45 minutes I was waiting for you for almost two hours outside with my kids I didn't receive a phone call with an update until over an hour and fifteen minutes later and when the employee called he didn't announce he was from your company. I thought he was another company that I had contacted. Your employee was very nice when he arrived but the owner Dean should have had better communication especially for running a business. And on top of that my new lock that was put on by your company is sticking in the doorframe when I open and close the door. read more

My wife and I cannot thank Dean enough for the help and prompt service that he provided us in a very difficult situation. We were locked out of a cabin and had not replacement key. Dean drove to our distant location and promptly was able to open both the dead bolt and door locks and made two keys for us. Without Dean's great knowledge and service we would have been stuck. Thank you Dean and Shore Lock Homes Locksmith for taking care of a very stressful situation. Your service was much appreciated and comes highly recommended. read more

Dean showed up as promised, took care of the project in a minimum amount of time and charged a very fair price, less than I was willing to pay. He cannot do everything but he will tell you, up front, if he cannot due to lack of specialized equipment that some of the newer vehicle require. So don't get mad at him if you are lucky enough to have a newer, more-expensive chariot that the manufacturer's have configured that need a dealer to address at the gotcha-by-the-balls rate. read more
