How did they not know they didn't have her meds until she showed up? This is the only anti-depressant that she is currently taking and she has missed the last 2 doses. 2 weeks of no meds... Her staff is VERY professional, friendly, and welcoming to all genders, nationalities, personalities, etc. It's very easy to schedule/cancel/reschedule appointments and you are seen in a timely manner of your appointment time! No matter how you have felt at other addiction facilities you will feel like you have been to this practice many times with comfort and ease to get the supportive help that you most need. The patient rooms are very clean, with comfortable small couches to help you relax and be more yourself in an engaged, motivational and uplifting office visit. I have been going to this location for the past couple of years for treatment…read more Ever since Dr Neelgund left I have been having problems with the billing from this facility As per my insurance company I am only required to pay a copayment of $15, which I have been doing Today I received a bill in the amount of $227 When I requested to see the official manager who was there. I was advised to contact the billing company This is the second time that this has happened to me regarding the billing I will contact my insurance company today to advise them of this situation and request that they do an investigation of this facility
