I've found a high quality coat that is normally worth around 300 dollars, but they were selling it for 50 dollars. They have a lot of quality winter coats and affordable Christmas decorations... and to my pleasant surprise they had bearista cup dupes for only 6 dollars. read more

The Port Richmond manager is one RUDE and MISERABLE female. Made me feel like she didn't even want me in the store, much less talk to me about an exchange I needed to do. Not exactly looking forward to making another exchange. Hoping it will be her day off when I go back. read more

I walked by it a few times seeing the nice shop windows and got curious about the place. The minute I get off the escalator on the second floor, I get shouted at by a security guard to check my bags (I had some small shopping bags because *surprise* there's tons of stores there). Of course I can't hear her because she's shouting at me across the store with a mask on, so I don't originally make out what she's saying. When she finally says it clearly, I just say "thank you" and turn around and leave. I wasn't sure I was going to buy anything, so why waste time giving someone my bags? I get that it's Philly and shoplifting is a thing, but come on...no other stores around there (with higher end stuff) have that policy. Invest in some actual loss prevention staff and cameras and don't have that rule, better yet, post some signs saying there's a bag check and don't have some kid with a mask on scream at me when I'm halfway into the store read more

Most rude employees ever I won't go into detail but say that the male worker had a horrible attitude to me and my boyfriend who ended up leaving without buying a thing! Then we saw him outside talking crap about us, saying how he was gonna beat my boyfriend up and we just laughed at that as we exited the store. He was a punk and horrible representation for a company! Security stares you down while you shop and it makes you feel like leaving fast! Every time I have gone in there I have left quickly due to the staff making me feel extremely uncomfortable and though you can find a deal in there sometimes the horrible staff and customer service just make you never wanna go there! 0 stars if I could! read more

Only giving one start in order to write the review its horrible in that fucking store that they have on market street its so fucking hot in there for one , two i needed assistance and no one was on the sales floor so i ended up having to ask a cashier for help three theres this white cashier who i heard use the word nigga several times while I was in the line waiting to cash out .not only that when i came back in a few days later with my aunt to do a return since the clothing is sized incorrectly and the fitting room was closed in the middle of the day may i add we ended up having to wait over 20 minutes for the manager to come and do the return and when they did finally come its like they had a fucking attitude .Never again in my life will they get another dollar of my money .very very very unprofessional. read more

Visiting Philly from NY , my family and I walked in the store with my family, after site seeing in the historic district. We were Immediately and noticeably eyeballed by "security" upon entering. My family and I decided to leave very shortly after looking at the poor quality items and making the decision not to purchase from the store. My sister and my 11 year old son exited the store before me. As I was making my way through the metal detectors the alarm rang. Apparently, I had some thing ( clearly not a stolen item because we literally walked in the right out and the "security" clocked us the during that super short period!!!!) in my bag that set off the alarm. I stopped and rent a cop one jumped to block me from leaving the store. Rent a cop two ran after my sister and started yelling "ma'am come back here".I opened my bag wide and told him to go ahead and check my bag. Where he found nothing . I sarcastically then swung my bag back and forth through the metal detector. It went off each pass through because something in my bag ( my phone, key fob ... whatever) set off the alarm! My sister comes back, confused as to why she needed to come back in," this trash store with its trash security. She walks in, low and behold,as she walks through the metal detector... no alarm! Then, with no apology, rent a cop one announced "they can go"?!?! This occurred on July 15th at around 3:30/4ish. Disgusting! Nice way to make people feel welcomed in Philly and feel the presence of racial profiling! All skin folk ain't kin folk. read more

Met the manager formed a rapport with her and know a few of the employees. They have a large selection of clothing, shoes, housewares, toys. I get compliments on my outfits and fascinators almost every week at church. I love shopping here and travel from Germantown to Port Richmond to get good deals! read more
